Abstract
Transformasi digital pada perusahaan di bidang manufaktur di seluruh dunia telah memulai atau mencapai tahap awal transformasi digital. PT adyawinsa plastics industry merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang injeksi plastik, pembuatan cetakan (molding), perakitan (assembly), dan pencetakan (printing) berencana untuk mengintegrasikan kegiatan warehouse Child Part menjadi system digitalisasi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi untuk penerapan Pick to Light System pada warehouse Child part PT adyawinsa plastics industry. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control). Dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa perancangan dan membangun Modeling digitalisasi warehouse child part berbasis Pick To Light, sensor berat, ESP32, dan Blynk Cloud yang dibutuhkan untuk penerapan pick to light system pada warehouse Child part adalah sistem informasi yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan improvement akurasi stock dan mengintegrasikan WMS (Warehouse Management System). Dengan rancangan sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan oleh 3 pengguna yaitu admin warehouse, pimpinan, dan operator supply child part, dimana rancangan tersebut mencangkup kebutuhan dari setiap pengguna didukung oleh penerapan pick to light system sebagai transaksi untuk mengetahui jumlah penggunaan tiap material ketika proses kitting atau pengambilan material pada rak dan sebagai navigasi untuk mengetahui lokasi material yang perlu diambil sebelum di supply kebagian produksi.

Digital Transformation in manufacturing companies worldwide has either begun or reached the early stages of digital implementation. PT Adyawinsa Plastics Industry, a manufacturing company engaged in plastic injection, mold making, assembly, and printing, plans to integrate its Child Part warehouse operations into a digitalized system to improve company productivity. Therefore, this study aims to design an information system for the implementation of the Pick to Light System in the Child Part warehouse of PT Adyawinsa Plastics Industry. The data processing in this research uses the DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the designed information system required for implementing the Pick to Light System in the Child Part warehouse is an information system that fulfills the need to improve stock accuracy and integrates with the Warehouse Management System (WMS). The proposed system design accommodates three types of users: warehouse administrators, management, and child part supply operators. The design covers the functional needs of each user, supported by the implementation of the Pick to Light System as a transactional tool to monitor material usage during the kitting or material picking process and as a navigation guide to identify the location of materials that need to be retrieved before being supplied to the production area.
