Abstract
Laporan ini merupakan hasil pelaksanaan Kerja Praktik di PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (Pelindo Solusi Digital) selama periode 22 Desember 2025 hingga 20 Maret 2026. Kerja Praktik difokuskan pada kegiatan Quality Assurance (QA) terhadap aplikasi Adhara, yaitu platform layanan logistik berbasis web yang digunakan untuk mendukung operasional Terminal Pelabuhan Jakarta. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing pada fitur Delivery dan Delivery Extension dalam layanan Adha Terminal pada terminal JICT. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama Kerja Praktik meliputi penyusunan test scenario, penyusunan test case, pelaksanaan pengujian fungsional secara manual, dokumentasi bug, proses re-testing setelah perbaikan dilakukan oleh tim pengembang, serta penyusunan test report sebagai dokumentasi akhir hasil pengujian. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur Delivery dan Delivery Extension pada Terminal JICT dapat berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional setelah melalui proses perbaikan oleh tim pengembang. Penerapan metode Black Box Testing terbukti efektif dalam mengidentifikasi ketidaksesuaian sistem tanpa memerlukan akses terhadap kode program. Melalui kolaborasi antara tim QA, Business Analyst, dan Developer, kualitas aplikasi dapat ditingkatkan secara terstruktur sehingga risiko kesalahan pada lingkungan produksi dapat diminimalkan.

This report presents the results of the internship conducted at PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (Pelindo Solusi Digital) from December 22, 2025, to March 20, 2026. The internship focused on Quality Assurance (QA) activities for the Adhara application, a web-based logistics service platform used to support the operational activities of the Jakarta International Container Terminal (JICT). Testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method on the Delivery and Delivery Extension features within the Adha Terminal service at JICT. The activities performed during the internship included developing test scenarios, creating test cases, conducting manual functional testing, documenting identified bugs, performing re-testing after fixes were implemented by the development team, and preparing test reports as the final documentation of the testing process. The testing results indicate that all Delivery and Delivery Extension features at JICT functioned according to the specified functional requirements after the necessary improvements were made by the development team. The implementation of the Black Box Testing method proved effective in identifying system defects without requiring access to the application's source code. Through close collaboration among the Quality Assurance, Business Analyst, and Developer teams, the quality of the application was systematically improved, thereby minimizing the risk of defects in the production environment.
