Abstract
Program Magang Industri merupakan salah satu implementasi konsep link and match antara dunia pendidikan dan dunia industri yang bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi teknis serta kesiapan mahasiswa memasuki dunia kerja. Kegiatan magang ini dilaksanakan di PT. Intidaya Dinamika Sejati, Jember, pada Divisi Roots Blower Assembly dengan fokus pada proses reassembly mesin Roots Blower Aerzen GM 10 S pasca overhaul. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memahami tahapan reassembly, standar kerja yang diterapkan, serta metode pengukuran dan penyetelan komponen untuk menjamin kualitas dan keandalan unit blower. Pelaksanaan magang dilakukan melalui observasi, keterlibatan langsung dalam proses produksi, serta penerapan standar operasional perusahaan. Tahapan reassembly meliputi pemeriksaan kondisi komponen, pemasangan rotor, bearing, sideplate, timing gear, shaft seal, dan cover, dilanjutkan dengan pengukuran parameter kritis seperti radial clearance, axial clearance, interlobe clearance, dan backlash gear menggunakan alat ukur presisi, seperti feeler gauge, dial gauge, dan torque wrench, sesuai spesifikasi teknis pabrikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan proses reassembly sangat bergantung pada ketelitian dalam pengukuran, ketepatan penyetelan komponen, serta kepatuhan terhadap prosedur kerja dan standar toleransi yang ditetapkan. Pengendalian kualitas pada setiap tahapan mampu memastikan rotor berputar secara sinkron, ringan, bebas kontak antarkomponen, serta meminimalkan potensi kebocoran dan kegagalan operasi. Selain meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai sistem kerja Roots Blower, kegiatan magang ini juga mengembangkan keterampilan teknis, kemampuan pemecahan masalah, disiplin kerja, serta kesadaran terhadap pentingnya keselamatan kerja dan pengendalian mutu di lingkungan industri.

Industrial Internship, Aerzen GM 10 S Roots Blower, Reassembly, Overhaul, Clearance, Quality Control.
The Industrial Internship Program is an implementation of the *link and match* concept between higher education and industry, aiming to enhance students' technical competencies and prepare them for professional careers. This internship was conducted at **PT Intidaya Dinamika Sejati**, Jember, in the **Roots Blower Assembly Division**, with a focus on the **reassembly process of the Aerzen GM 10 S Roots Blower after overhaul**. The objectives of this internship were to understand the reassembly stages, the working standards applied by the company, and the measurement and adjustment methods used to ensure the quality and reliability of the blower unit. The internship was carried out through direct observation, active participation in the production process, and the implementation of the company's standard operating procedures. The reassembly process included component inspection, installation of the rotor, bearings, side plates, timing gears, shaft seals, and covers, followed by the measurement of critical parameters such as radial clearance, axial clearance, interlobe clearance, and gear backlash using precision measuring instruments, including a feeler gauge, dial gauge, and torque wrench, in accordance with the manufacturer's technical specifications. The results indicate that the success of the reassembly process highly depends on accurate measurements, precise component adjustments, and strict adherence to standard operating procedures and specified tolerances. Quality control at every stage ensures synchronized rotor rotation, smooth operation without component interference, and minimizes the risk of leakage and operational failure. In addition to improving the understanding of the Roots Blower system, the internship enhanced practical technical skills, problem-solving abilities, work discipline, and awareness of occupational safety and quality control in an industrial environment.
