Abstract
Peningkatan penggunaan kendaraan listrik mendorong pembangunan Stasiun Pengisian Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPKLU) pada jaringan distribusi tenaga listrik. Namun, pengoperasian SPKLU yang masif menimbulkan distorsi harmonisa pada jaringan listrik, khususnya harmonisa triplen yang terakumulasi di konduktor netral dan harmonisa nontriplen yang menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan tegangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik harmonisa SPKLU dan merancang sistem mitigasi berupa kombinasi antara Double-Tuned Filter (DTF) dan Optimalisasi Kawat Netral. Metode penelitian menggunakan perangkat lunak ETAP untuk memodelkan IEEE 13 Node Test Feeder dengan beban SPKLU, menganalisis distorsi harmonisa, mendesain filter Double-Tuned, dan mengevaluasi optimalisasi kawat netral untuk harmonisa triplen. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan hasil yang sesuai dengan standar IEEE 519-2014. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa konfigurasi mitigasi yang diusulkan mampu menurunkan THDv dan TDD hingga memenuhi batas IEEE 519-2014 pada sistem uji yang digunakan. Dengan demikian, metode ini dapat dijadikan salah satu referensi teknis untuk evaluasi kualitas daya pada sistem distribusi yang terintegrasi SPKLU.

The increase in the use of electric vehicles has driven the development of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU) on the electricity distribution network. However, the massive operation of SPKLU causes harmonic distortion in the electricity network, especially triple harmonics that accumulate in neutral conductors and nontriple harmonics that cause voltage imbalance. This study aims to analyze the harmonic characteristics of SPKLU and design a mitigation system combining a Double-Tuned Filter (DTF) and Neutral Sizing. The method used in this study uses ETAP simulation to model IEEE 13 Node Test Feeder with SPKLU loads, analyze harmonic distortion, design a Double-Tuned Filter, and evaluate neutral conductor sizing under triplen harmonic conditions. Simulation results show that the proposed mitigation configuration can reduce THDv and TDD to meet the IEEE 519-2014 limits in the test system used. Thus, this method can serve as a technical reference for evaluating power quality in distribution systems integrated with SPKLU.
