Abstract
Sungai Cikeas merupakan salah satu anak sungai pembentuk DAS Bekasi yang mengalir melewati wilayah Kabupaten Bogor, Kota Depok, hingga Kota Bekasi. Sepanjang alirannya, sungai ini menghadapi tekanan pencemaran yang cukup besar, baik yang bersumber dari kegiatan rumah tangga maupun aktivitas non-domestik di sekitar koridor sungai. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis status mutu air serta menyusun dan menentukan urutan prioritas strategi pengendalian pencemaran air Sungai Cikeas.Evaluasi status mutu air dilaksanakan melalui dua pendekatan, yaitu metode STORET dan Indeks Pencemaran (IP), dengan mengacu pada data dari sembilan parameter kualitas air yang diukur pada enam titik pengambilan sampel yang tersebar dari bagian hulu sampai hilir sungai. Penentuan prioritas strategi pengendalian pencemaran dilakukan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan hierarki yang terdiri dari empat kriteria (aspek teknis, regulasi dan hukum, kelembagaan, serta sosial dan edukasi) dan delapan alternatif strategi, berdasarkan penilaian enam responden pemangku kepentingan melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode STORET mengklasifikasikan seluruh enam titik sampling sebagai Cemar Ringan, sedangkan metode IP mengklasifikasikan seluruh titik sebagai Cemar Sedang, dengan BOD sebagai parameter pengendali utama di seluruh titik. Perbedaan klasifikasi kedua metode mencerminkan perbedaan sensitivitas dalam menilai besaran penyimpangan kualitas air. Hasil analisis AHP menunjukkan bahwa Aspek Regulasi dan Hukum menjadi kriteria dengan bobot tertinggi (0,448), dan strategi prioritas utama adalah Peningkatan Kesadaran Masyarakat (A7, skor 0,172) diikuti Pembangunan IPAL Komunal (A1, skor 0,171), dengan nilai overall inconsistency 0,01 yang mengonfirmasi validitas penilaian pemangku kepentingan.

The Cikeas River is one of the tributaries that forms the Bekasi Watershed (DAS), flowing through Bogor Regency, Depok City, and Bekasi City. Throughout its course, the river faces considerable pollution pressure stemming from both household activities and non-domestic sources along its corridor. This study aims to assess the water quality status of the Cikeas River and to develop a prioritized set of pollution control strategies. Water quality status was evaluated through two complementary approaches, the STORET method and the Pollution Index (PI), drawing on nine water quality parameters measured at six sampling points distributed from upstream to downstream. The prioritization of pollution control strategies was carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), structured around four criteria (technical aspects, regulatory and legal aspects, institutional aspects, and social and educational aspects) and eight strategic alternatives, derived from assessments provided by six stakeholder respondents via questionnaire. The findings indicate that the STORET method classified all six sampling points as Lightly Polluted, while the PI method classified all points as Moderately Polluted, with BOD emerging as the dominant controlling parameter across all locations. The divergence in classification between the two methods reflects their differing sensitivity in capturing the magnitude of water quality deviations. AHP analysis revealed that the Regulatory and Legal aspect carried the highest criterion weight (0.448), with Community Awareness Enhancement (A7, score 0.172) ranked as the top-priority strategy, followed by Construction of Communal Wastewater Treatment Plants (A1, score 0.171). An overall inconsistency value of 0.01 confirms the reliability of the stakeholder assessments.
