Abstract
Kecamatan Tanggulangin dan Porong, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, merupakan wilayah yang rentan mengalami penurunan muka tanah akibat kondisi geologi, aktivitas lumpur Sidoarjo, dan dinamika hidrologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis laju dan distribusi spasial deformasi permukaan menggunakan metode Small Baseline Subset Time Series InSAR dengan data Sentinel-1 orbit ascending periode April 2023 hingga Desember 2025. Pengolahan dilakukan menggunakan GMTSAR, StaMPS, MATLAB, dan GMT untuk menghasilkan peta mean LOS velocity serta grafik time series displacement. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai mean LOS velocity berkisar antara -62,1 mm/tahun hingga +43,7 mm/tahun. Wilayah penelitian didominasi oleh kelas subsiden rendah, sedangkan Desa Kedungbanteng menunjukkan indikasi subsiden tinggi secara konsisten dan Desa Banjarpanji menunjukkan indikasi subsiden sedang secara lokal. Penurunan muka tanah pada kedua desa tersebut berdampak nyata terhadap kondisi permukaan dan infrastruktur, ditandai dengan genangan yang tidak surut di luar musim hujan, gangguan kapasitas saluran drainase, serta efek backwater pada infrastruktur jembatan, sehingga memperbesar kerentanan kawasan bertopografi rendah terhadap banjir. Hasil analisis InSAR pada penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai dasar ilmiah dalam mendukung perencanaan mitigasi risiko banjir dan pengelolaan tata ruang di Kecamatan Tanggulangin dan Porong, khususnya dalam menentukan prioritas penanganan pada desa dengan laju subsidensi dan riwayat genangan tertinggi seperti Kedungbanteng dan Banjarpanji.

Tanggulangin and Porong Districts in Sidoarjo Regency are vulnerable to land subsidence due to geological conditions, the Sidoarjo mudflow activity, and hydrological dynamics. This study aims to analyze the rate and spatial distribution of surface deformation using the Small Baseline Subset Time Series InSAR method with Sentinel-1 ascending orbit data from April 2023 to December 2025. Data processing was carried out using GMTSAR, StaMPS, MATLAB, and GMT to generate mean LOS velocity maps and time series displacement graphs. The results show that the mean LOS velocity ranges from -62.1 mm/year to +43.7 mm/year. The study area is dominated by the low subsidence class, while Kedungbanteng Village consistently indicates high subsidence and Banjarpanji Village shows local moderate subsidence. Land subsidence in both villages has a tangible impact on surface conditions and infrastructure, marked by inundation that does not recede outside the rainy season, reduced drainage channel capacity, and backwater effects on bridge infrastructure, thereby increasing the flood vulnerability of low-lying areas. The InSAR analysis results in this study are beneficial as a scientific basis for supporting flood risk mitigation planning and spatial management in Tanggulangin and Porong Districts, particularly in determining priority handling for villages with the highest subsidence rates and inundation history, such as Kedungbanteng and Banjarpanji.
