Abstract
Fasilitas Olahraga Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (Fasor ITS) menyediakan layanan pemesanan lapangan olahraga bagi civitas akademika maupun masyarakat umum. Namun, website pemesanan lapangan Fasor ITS masih memiliki berbagai permasalahan pada antarmuka pengguna, seperti alur navigasi yang kurang jelas, informasi harga yang belum transparan, pemilihan jadwal yang kurang intuitif, serta inkonsistensi tampilan visual, sehingga berpotensi menurunkan kenyamanan pengguna. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang ulang antarmuka website pemesanan lapangan Fasor ITS menggunakan metode User-Centered Design. Selain mengembangkan desain berbasis myITS Design System, penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi konsep Glassmorphism dengan dua variasi, yaitu Gaussian Blur dan Liquid Glass, untuk menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap usability dan pengalaman pengguna. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui dua siklus iterasi menggunakan instrumen Single Ease Question, System Usability Scale, User Experience Questionnaire, dan Heuristic Evaluation. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan skor pada desain myITS Design System dari iterasi pertama ke iterasi kedua, dengan skor SEQ meningkat dari 6,58 menjadi 6,72 dan skor SUS dari 91 menjadi 94,4. Pada perbandingan ketiga desain, myITS Design System memperoleh skor rata-rata SEQ dan SUS tertinggi, namun berdasarkan perhitungan confidence interval 95%, selisih skor antarketiga desain belum menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik, sehingga ketiganya memiliki tingkat usability yang setara. Sementara itu, Glassmorphism Liquid Glass unggul pada lima dari enam dimensi UEQ, terutama dimensi Kebaruan, sedangkan myITS Design System unggul pada dimensi Kejelasan.

The Fasilitas Olahraga of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (Fasor ITS) provides sports court booking services for the academic community and the general public. However, the current Fasor ITS booking website still has several user interface issues, including an unclear navigation flow, non-transparent pricing information, an unintuitive schedule selection process, and visual inconsistencies across pages, which may reduce overall user comfort. To address these issues, this study redesigns the user interface of the Fasor ITS booking website using the User-Centered Design method. In addition to developing a design based on the myITS Design System, this study also explores the Glassmorphism concept through two variations, namely Gaussian Blur and Liquid Glass, to analyze their effects on usability and user experience. Evaluation was conducted over two iterative cycles using the Single Ease Question, System Usability Scale, User Experience Questionnaire, and Heuristic Evaluation instruments. Results show a score improvement in the myITS Design System from the first to the second iteration, with the SEQ score increasing from 6.58 to 6.72 and the SUS score from 91 to 94.4. In the comparison of the three designs, myITS Design System achieved the highest average SEQ and SUS scores; however, based on 95% confidence interval calculations, the score differences among the three designs were not statistically significant, indicating that all three designs have a comparable level of usability. Meanwhile, Glassmorphism Liquid Glass outperformed on five of six UEQ dimensions, particularly Novelty, while myITS Design System excelled in the Perspicuity dimension.
