Abstract
PT. Syngenta Seed Indonesia merupakan perusahaan agribisnis yang melakukan proses packing sebagai salah satu tahapan sebelum produk didistribusikan. Pada proses ini, QR Code digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memverifikasi data produk. Seiring bertambahnya data hasil scanning, diperlukan sistem yang mampu memantau hasil pembacaan dan pencocokan data secara real-time agar proses monitoring menjadi lebih efektif dan terstruktur. Pada kegiatan magang ini dilakukan perancangan dashboard monitoring berbasis website untuk menampilkan hasil scanning QR Code pada proses packing. Sistem yang dirancang terdiri dari program monitoring berbasis C#, API yang di-deploy menggunakan Railway, database Supabase sebagai media penyimpanan data, serta dashboard website sebagai media visualisasi informasi. Data hasil scanning diproses, dicocokkan dengan data referensi, kemudian ditampilkan pada dashboard secara real-time. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menampilkan informasi hasil scanning beserta status MATCH, NOT MATCH, dan FAILED secara terpusat sehingga memudahkan proses monitoring pada area packing. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendukung efektivitas pengawasan operasional di PT. Syngenta Seed Indonesia.

PT Syngenta Seed Indonesia is an agribusiness company that performs the packing process as one of the final stages before products are distributed. During this process, QR codes are used to identify and verify product information. As the volume of scanned data continues to increase, a system capable of monitoring scanning results and data matching in real time is required to ensure a more effective and well-structured monitoring process. During this internship, a web-based monitoring dashboard was designed and developed to display QR code scanning results throughout the packing process. The proposed system consists of a C#-based monitoring application, an API deployed using Railway, a Supabase database for data storage, and a web-based dashboard for information visualization. The scanned data are processed, compared with reference data, and displayed on the dashboard in real time. The implementation results demonstrate that the system is capable of centrally displaying scanning information along with MATCH, NOT MATCH, and FAILED statuses, thereby facilitating the monitoring process in the packing area. The proposed system is expected to enhance the effectiveness of operational supervision at PT Syngenta Seed Indonesia.
