Abstract
PT XYZ, perusahaan produksi garam dengan lima divisi operasional (Sales, Admin dan Finance, Gudang, Produksi, Logistik), masih mengelola proses bisnisnya secara manual melalui spreadsheet dan komunikasi yang tidak terintegrasi, sehingga menimbulkan ketidaksesuaian data stok, keterlambatan pelaporan, dan sulitnya pemantauan status pesanan secara menyeluruh. Selain itu, pengembangan sistem informasi terintegrasi pada umumnya belum disertai struktur arsitektur yang jelas maupun evaluasi kualitas yang terukur. Penelitian ini mengusulkan perancangan dan pembangunan sistem informasi terintegrasi berbasis Layered Architecture pada Next.js, yang terdiri atas Frontend Layer, Backend Layer, dan Database Layer, untuk mendukung kelima divisi operasional perusahaan. Kualitas sistem dievaluasi berdasarkan empat karakteristik ISO/IEC 25010, yaitu Maintainability (SonarQube), Performance Efficiency (k6 dan Core Web Vitals), Functional Suitability (Black-Box Testing), dan Usability (System Usability Scale). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan Maintainability Rating Grade A dengan Technical Debt Ratio 0,2%, performa yang memenuhi seluruh target Core Web Vitals serta stabil pada beban 100 pengguna bersamaan (p95 238,92 ms, error rate 0%), tingkat keberhasilan 100% pada seluruh skenario Black-Box Testing, dan skor SUS sebesar 86,8 (kategori Excellent). Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan Layered Architecture pada Next.js efektif menghasilkan sistem informasi yang mudah dipelihara, berperforma baik, andal secara fungsional, dan sangat mudah digunakan. PT XYZ, a salt production company with five operational divisions (Sales, Admin and Finance, Warehouse, Production, and Logistics), still manages its business processes manually using spreadsheets and unintegrated communication channels, resulting in inconsistent inventory data, delayed operational reporting, and difficulty monitoring order status across the company. Moreover, integrated information systems are generally developed without a clear architectural structure or a measurable, systematic quality evaluation. This study proposes the design and development of an integrated information system based on Layered Architecture in Next.js, consisting of a Frontend Layer, a Backend Layer, and a Database Layer, to support the company's five operational divisions. System quality was evaluated against four ISO/IEC 25010 characteristics: Maintainability (using SonarQube), Performance Efficiency (using k6 and Core Web Vitals), Functional Suitability (using Black-Box Testing), and Usability (using the System Usability Scale). Results show a Maintainability Rating of Grade A with a 0.2% Technical Debt Ratio, performance meeting all Core Web Vitals targets and remaining stable under a load of 100 concurrent users (p95 of 238,92 ms, 0% error rate), a 100% success rate across all Black-Box Testing scenarios, and an SUS score of 86.8, falling into the "Excellent" category. These results confirm that implementing Layered Architecture in Next.js effectively produces an information system that is maintainable, performant, functionally reliable, and highly usable for supporting PT XYZ's operational business processes.
