Abstract
Reklamasi menjadi salah satu solusi utama untuk menambah luasan daratan di wilayah pesisir Jakarta yang menghadapi keterbatasan lahan untuk pengembangan kawasan perdagangan, permukiman, transportasi, dan fasilitas umum. PT. YYY berencana melakukan reklamasi seluas 65 Hektare di Pantai XYZ untuk kebutuhan pengembangan Stasiun dan Depo MRT, kawasan komersial, serta area campuran. Perencanaan timbunan dan shore protection dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi tanah eksisting. Untuk dapat mengetahui kondisi tanah dasar existing di area perencanaan, dilakukan penyelidikan tanah sebanyak 104 titik borelog dan sondir. Hasil investigasi tanah menunjukkan bawah tanah dasar di area reklamasi di dominasi oleh tanah lempung dengan NSPT <10 hingga kedalaman 10 meter sehingga, berpotensi memiliki pemampatan yang besar dan daya dukung yang rendah. Dokumen eksisting reklamasi menunjukkan ketidaktepatan teknis, seperti ketidakjelasan perhitungan settlement, parameter tanah yang inkonsisten, ketidaklengkapan analisis PVD dan surcharge, tidak adanya evaluasi stabilitas shore protection, serta tidak tersedianya DED secara lengkap. Dari hasil perencanaan, diperolah percepatan konsolidasi dengan menggunakan Prefabricated Vertical Drain dengan spesifikasi CT-D812 panjang pemasangan 17 m jarak 0.6 pola persegi. Setelah dilakukan percepatan konsolidasi dengan Prefabricated Vertical Drain, direncanakan sandkey untuk memperkuat stabilitas tanah dasar dengan ketebalan 2 m dengan tambahan perkuatan geotekstil. Shore protection dipasang menggunakan material tetrapoda sepanjang lereng tinggi timbunan pada elevasi +3.5 m LWS dengan lebar puncak shore protection sebesar 1 meter

Reclamation is one of the main solutions to increase land area in the coastal region of Jakarta, which faces land constraints for the development of trade, residential, transportation, and public facilities. PT. YYY plans to reclaim 65 hectares of land on the coast of XYZ for the development of an MRT station and depot, a commercial area, and a mixed-use area. The planning of the embankment and shore protection was carried out by taking into account the existing soil conditions. In order to determine the existing ground conditions in the planning area, a total of 104 bore logs and sondir soil investigations were carried out. The results of the soil investigation show that the subsoil in the reclamation area is dominated by clay with NSPT <10 to a depth of 10 meters, thus having the potential for significant compaction and low bearing capacity. Existing reclamation documents show technical inaccuracies, such as unclear settlement calculations, inconsistent soil parameters for bore logs, incomplete PVD and surcharge analyses, no shore protection stability evaluation, and the unavailability of complete DED. The planning results indicate that consolidation can be accelerated by using Pre-fabricated Vertical Drains with specifications CTD812, installed to a length of 17 m at 0.6 m intervals in a square pattern. Following the accelerated consolidation using Pre-fabricated Vertical Drains, a sand key is planned to reinforce the stability of the subsoil with thicknesses 2 m with aditional geotextile as a reinforcement. Shore protection is installed using tetrapod material withing +3.5 m LWS or along the height of the embankment slope, with the top width of the shore protection being 1 meter.
