Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur jalan tol di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan akibat variasi kontur alam. Jalan Tol Probolinggo-Situbondo-Banyuwangi (Prosiwangi) Paket 3, sepanjang 25,6 km, melewati banyak bukit dan lembah. Pada proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol Prosiwangi paket 3 terdapat jembatan Paiton 1 dimana Jembatan Paiton 1 ini melewati lembah Gunung A dan Gunung B. Jembatan Paiton 1 ini merupakan jembatan beton yang menggunakan PC-I Girder dimana pada konstruksinya tidak terlepas dengan pelaksanaan pekerjaan erection PC-I girder yaitu proses pemasangan PC-I girder ke atas tumpuan jembatan. Pemilihan metode erection PC-I girder menjadi faktor krusial yang memengaruhi efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam suatu proyek konstruksi jembatan PC-I girder. Banyak metode yang dapat digunakan pada pelaksanaan erection PC-I girder, diantaranya metode launcher dan crawler crane. Pada Jembatan Paiton 1 ini metode erection PC-I girder-nya menggunakan gabungan antara metode crawler crane dan metode launcher. Kedua metode tersebut memiliki kekurangan dan kelebihan masing-masing. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan waktu dan biaya pekerjaan erection PC-I Girder dari dua metode pelaksanaan, yaitu metode eksisting yang menggunakan kombinasi launcher dan crawler crane dibandingkan dengan metode modifikasi menggunakan metode crawler crane penuh dan launcher penuh, pada Jembatan Paiton 1 Proyek Tol Prosiwangi Paket 3. Analisis waktu dilakukan dengan menghitung produktivitas kemudian menghitung durasi dari masing-masing metode erection PC-I girder. Analisis biaya dilakukan dengan menghitung koefisien pekerja dan alat berat kemudian membuat AHSP dan RAB (Rancangan Anggaran Biaya) yang mencakup kebutuhan alat berat dan tenaga kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode modifikasi crawler crane penuh membutuhkan waktu total penyelesaian erection PC-I girder Jembatan Paiton 1 paling cepat diantara dua metode yang lain yaitu selama 28 hari, selain itu metode crawler crane penuh memiliki biaya yang paling murah diantara dua metode lainnya metode modifikasi crawler crane penuh memerlukan total biaya sebesar Rp3.236.375.656,25.

The construction of toll road infrastructure in Indonesia faces challenges due to variations in natural terrain. The Probolinggo-Situbondo-Banyuwangi (Prosiwangi) Toll Road Package 3, spanning 25.6 km, passes through many hills and valleys. In the construction project of the Prosiwangi Toll Road Package 3, there is the Paiton 1 Bridge, which crosses the valley between Mount A and Mount B. The Paiton 1 Bridge is a concrete bridge that uses PC-I Girders, where its construction cannot be separated from the PC-I girder erection work, which is the process of installing PC-I girders onto the bridge supports. The selection of the PC-I girder erection method is a crucial factor that affects the effectiveness and efficiency of a PC-I girder bridge construction project. Many methods can be used in the implementation of PC-I girder erection, including the launcher and crawler crane methods. At the Paiton 1 Bridge, the PC-I girder erection method uses a combination of the crawler crane and launcher methods. Both methods have their respective advantages and disadvantages. This final project aims to analyze and compare the time and cost of PC-I Girder erection work using two construction methods, namely the existing method using a combination of the launcher and crawler crane methods compared with modified methods using the full crawler crane method and the full launcher method, at the Paiton 1 Bridge of the Prosiwangi Toll Road Project Package 3. The time analysis is conducted by calculating productivity and then determining the duration of each PC-I girder erection method. The cost analysis is conducted by calculating the coefficients of labor and heavy equipment and then preparing the AHSP and RAB (Cost Estimate), which include the requirements for heavy equipment and labor. The research results show that the full crawler crane modified method requires the shortest total time to complete the PC-I girder erection of the Paiton 1 Bridge among the three methods, which is 28 days. In addition, the full crawler crane method has the lowest cost among the other two methods, with the full crawler crane modified method requiring a total cost of IDR 3,236,375,656.25.
