Abstract

Gedung Cloud IT Center BRI Ragunan dibangun dengan tinggi 5 lantai dan ditopang di atas pondasi tiang. Konfigurasi dari tata letak dari pondasi tiang tersebut dikelompokkan menjadi 2 area yang masing-masing terdiri dari dua tiang, tiga tiang, dan empat tiang. Jenis Pondasi tiang yang digunakan berupa bored pile berdiameter 800 mm dengan kedalaman sekitar 30 meter. Perencanaan tersebut didasarkan pada beban gedung yang ada dan kondisi tanah dimana tanah keras yang cukup dalam. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dianalisis perencanaan pondasi bored pile eksisting dan direncanakan pondasi alternatif berupa pondasi dangkal yaitu pondasi dangkal dengan perkuatan micropile. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis biaya material pada pondasi eksisting dan pondasi alternatif untuk mendapatkan perencanaan yang paling efisien dalam segi material. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perencanaan pondasi eksisting menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas nilai daya dukung sudah melebihi dari beban yang disyaratkan. Hal ini menandakan pondasi eksisting sangat aman dalam menopang beban bangunan. Dalam perencanaan alternatif pondasi yaitu pondasi tapak dirancang dengan kedalaman yang sama yaitu 1,5 m dari permukaan tanah, lalu diperkuat menggunakan 4 buah spun pile di bawah pondasi, berdiameter 300 mm setiap pondasi. Micropile tersebut dipasang tanpa sambungan langsung (unconnected pile) pada jarak 0,5 m dari sisi bawah pondasi dengan panjang 18 m untuk seluruh pondasi. Perencanaan pondasi eksisting didapatkan estimasi biaya sebesar Rp3.123.191.731, sedangkan untuk pondasi alternatif didapatkan estimasi biaya material lebih efisien yaitu sebesar Rp1.440.222.433.

The Cloud Building of the BRI IT Center Ragunan is a five-story structure supported on pile foundations. The pile layout is grouped into two areas, each consisting of pile cap configurations of two, three, and four piles. The foundation type used is bored piles with a diameter of 800 mm and a depth of approximately 30 meters. This design was based on the building loads and the site's soil conditions, in which the bearing stratum is located at a considerable depth. This final project analyzes the existing bored pile foundation design and proposes an alternative foundation in the form of a shallow (spread) foundation reinforced with micropiles. A material cost analysis is then carried out for both the existing and the alternative foundations to determine the most efficient design in terms of material cost. The analysis of the existing foundation shows that its bearing capacity exceeds the working load, indicating that the existing foundation is adequate to support the building loads. In the alternative design, the spread footings are placed at a uniform depth of 1.5 m below the ground surface and are reinforced with four spun piles, each 300 mm in diameter, beneath each footing. The micropiles are installed as unconnected piles at a distance of 0.5 m below the base of the footing with length 18 m for all foundation. The estimated material cost of the existing foundation is IDR 3,123,191,731, while the alternative foundation yields a more efficient material cost of IDR 1,440,222,433.
