Abstract

Penurunan performa struktur timbunan bokong semar pada Jalan Tol Probolinggo–Banyuwangi KM 40+500, disebabkan oleh kondisi tanah dasar dengan nilai N-SPT rendah, dan kondisi cuaca buruk sehingga menimbulkan retak rambut dan kelongsoran. Untuk mengurangi potensi kerusakan lebih lanjut, diperlukan perencanaan perkuatan tanah melalui kombinasi modifikasi kemiringan talud, penggunaan geotextile dan cerucuk, serta alternatif redesign Struktur Timbunan Bokong Semar. Metodologi penelitian diawali dengan pengumpulan data lapangan berupa hasil uji Standard Penetration Test (SPT). Selanjutnya, dilakukan analisis stratifikasi tanah dan korelasi parameter geoteknik. Dalam metode perbaikan, digunakan variasi kemiringan talud (1:2,25; 1:2,5; 1:2,75) yang dikombinasikan dengan perencanaan geotextile dan cerucuk, selain itu juga dilakukan perencanaan alternatif redesign Struktur Timbunan Bokong Semar dengan perkuatan geotextile dan cerucuk dengan harapan dapat mengurangi biaya material dan memudahkan pekerjaan di lapangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variasi kemiringan tanpa perkuatan belum memenuhi faktor keamanan minimum sehingga diperlukan kombinasi geotextile dan cerucuk. Kebutuhan geotextile pada variasi kemiringan 1:2,25, 1:2,5, 1:2,75, dan alternatif redesign berturut-turut sebanyak 32, 32, 26, dan 22 lapis, sedangkan kebutuhan cerucuk masing-masing sebanyak 7, 8, 7 dan 10 buah dengan panjang masing-masing 9, 8, 9, dan 9 m. Berdasarkan analisis teknis dan biaya material, variasi kemiringan 1:2,25 dengan perkuatan geotextile menjadi alternatif perbaikan yang paling efektif dan efisien karena memenuhi persyaratan stabilitas dengan kebutuhan material paling ekonomis yaitu Rp44.869,200.00 dibandingkan alternatif lainnya.

The performance degradation of the "Bokong Semar" embankment structure at KM 40+500 of the Probolinggo–Banyuwangi Toll Road was caused by subgrade conditions with low N-SPT values, and adverse weather, resulting in hairline cracks and slope failure. To mitigate further damage, soil reinforcement planning was required, involving a combination of slope inclination modification, the use of geotextiles and timber piles, and an alternative redesign of the embankment structure. The research methodology began with field data collection, specifically Standard Penetration Test (SPT) results. Subsequently, soil stratification analysis and geotechnical parameter correlation were performed. The remediation method involved varying slope inclinations (1:2.25, 1:2.5, and 1:2.75) combined with geotextile and timber pile reinforcement; additionally, an alternative redesign of the embankment structure using geotextiles and timber piles was planned to potentially reduce material costs and simplify field operations. Analysis results indicated that none of the slope variations without reinforcement met the minimum safety factor, necessitating the use of geotextiles and timber piles. The geotextile requirements for the 1:2.25, 1:2.5, and 1:2.75 slope variations and the alternative redesign were 32, 32, 26, and 22 layers, respectively, while the timber pile requirements were 7, 8, 7, and 10 units (each 9, 8, 9, and 9 m long), respectively. Based on technical and material cost analyses, the 1:2.25 slope variation with geotextile reinforcement emerged as the most effective and efficient remediation alternative; it met stability requirements while incurring the lowest material cost IDR 44.869,200.00 compared to the other alternatives.
