Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kualitas layanan aplikasi digital Mutu dan K3 yang digunakan sebagai sistem pendukung pengendalian mutu serta keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada proyek konstruksi di Perusahaan XYZ, serta menyusun prioritas perbaikan layanan berdasarkan persepsi pengguna. Aplikasi tersebut digunakan untuk mendukung proses inspeksi mutu, pelaporan ketidaksesuaian, pemantauan kepatuhan prosedur K3, dan dokumentasi aktivitas proyek sehingga kualitas layanannya perlu dievaluasi agar mampu mendukung kebutuhan operasional secara optimal. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif evaluatif dengan metode SERVQUAL dan Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA). Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner terhadap 109 pengguna aplikasi yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis kesenjangan SERVQUAL, uji ANOVA, dan IPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan aplikasi digital Mutu dan K3 belum sepenuhnya memenuhi harapan pengguna pada seluruh dimensi SERVQUAL. Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan harapan antara kelompok Manager dan Officer. Pada penilaian persepsi, hasil uji Welch ANOVA menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada dimensi Tangibles, sedangkan dimensi lainnya tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan. Analisis IPA mengidentifikasi bahwa prioritas utama perbaikan difokuskan pada kemudahan navigasi aplikasi, penyediaan sarana pendukung penggunaan, peningkatan stabilitas sistem, percepatan respons terhadap keluhan pengguna, serta penyempurnaan prosedur bantuan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menjadi dasar bagi Perusahaan XYZ dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan aplikasi digital Mutu dan K3 sehingga mampu mendukung pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi secara lebih efektif dan efisien.

This study aims to evaluate the service quality of the Digital Quality and Occupational Health and Safety (QHSE) Application used as a supporting system for quality control and occupational health and safety management in construction projects at Company XYZ and to establish service improvement priorities based on users' perceptions. The application supports quality inspection, non-conformance reporting, monitoring of occupational health and safety compliance, and project documentation; therefore, its service quality needs to be evaluated to ensure effective operational support. This study employed a quantitative evaluative approach using the SERVQUAL method and Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA). Data were collected from 109 application users selected through purposive sampling and analyzed using SERVQUAL gap analysis, ANOVA, and IPA. The findings indicate that the service quality of the Digital QHSE Application has not yet fully met users' expectations across all SERVQUAL dimensions. The ANOVA results indicated no significant differences in expectation scores between the Manager and Officer groups. For the perception assessment, the Welch ANOVA results revealed a significant difference in the Tangibles dimension, while no significant differences were found in the remaining dimensions. Furthermore, the IPA results identified the main improvement priorities as application navigation, availability of user support facilities, system stability, responsiveness to user complaints, and improvement of assistance procedures. The findings are expected to provide practical recommendations for Company XYZ in improving the service quality of its Digital QHSE Application to better support construction project implementation.
