Abstract

Gangguan otot rangka akibat kerja atau work related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSD) merupakan masalah kesehatan kerja yang signifikan, terutama bagi individu yang bekerja dalam posisi duduk statis dan canggung dalam waktu lama. Metode penilaian ergonomi konvensional seperti Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) umumnya dilakukan secara manual oleh penilai, sehingga bersifat subjektif dan kurang praktis untuk pemantauan rutin di lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi mobile berbasis Android bernama Posturify yang berfungsi sebagai penilaian REBA untuk evaluasi postur duduk menyamping. Sistem menggunakan MediaPipe Pose, sebuah model estimasi pose berbasis arsitektur BlazePose, untuk mendeteksi titik-titik keypoints tubuh dari gambar yang diunggah pengguna. Koordinat keypoints tersebut diolah menjadi sudut geometri sendi pada leher, punggung, dan bahu, kemudian dipetakan menjadi skor risiko melalui klasifikasi berbasis aturan yang mengacu pada worksheet REBA standar. Aplikasi ini dilengkapi alur kerja bagi pengguna staf untuk melakukan asesmen mandiri serta bagi supervisor untuk memantau hasil asesmen timnya. Dengan pendekatan ini, Posturify diharapkan dapat menjadi alat bantu asesmen ergonomi yang praktis, terdokumentasi, dan dapat digunakan langsung pada perangkat mobile tanpa memerlukan komputer maupun webcam.

Work related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSD) are a significant occupational health problem, particularly for individuals working in static and awkward sitting positions for prolonged periods. Conventional ergonomic assessment methods such as Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) are typically performed manually by an assessor, making them subjective and impractical for routine workplace monitoring. This study develops an Android based mobile application called Posturify that automates REBA assessment for side sitting posture. The system uses MediaPipe Pose, a pose estimation model built on the BlazePose architecture, to detect body keypoints from images uploaded by the user. These keypoint coordinates are processed into joint angles at the neck, back, and shoulders, which are then mapped into risk scores through rule based classification referencing the standard REBA worksheet. The application provides a workflow for staff users to perform self assessment and for supervisors to monitor their team's assessment results. Through this approach, Posturify is expected to serve as a practical and well documented ergonomic assessment tool that can be used directly on mobile devices without requiring a computer or webcam.
