Abstract
Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) bagian atas memiliki prevalensi kunjungan fasilitas kesehatan tertinggi. Dengan karakteristik gejala awal yang tumpang tindih dan sulit dibedakan sehingga yang berpotensi menyebabkan kesalahan asesmen awal hingga komplikasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem prediksi berbasis website menggunakan metode certainty factor untuk asesmen awal penyakit ISPA bagian atas. Penyakit yang diprediksi meliputi common cold, rinitis akut, rinitis kronis, sinusitis akut, sinusitis subakut, dan sinusitis kronis. Basis pengetahuan didapatkan melalui proses akuisisi pengetahuan dari pakar untuk direpresentasikan dalam aturan produksi dengan bobot certainty factor. Implementasi sistem dikembangkan dalam bentuk website menggunakan framework streamlit dari bahasa pemrograman Python. Evaluasi hasil prediksi dilakukan dengan confussion matrix multiclass dengan membandingkan hasil prediksi sistem terhadap hasil penilaian pakar menggunakan 18 kasus uji mendapatkan hasil accuracy sebesar 98,14%, prescision sebesar 95.83%, dan recall sebesar 94.44%, sedangkan evaluasi website dengan System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan 30 responden didapatkan skor 78.16 yang termasuk kategori acceptable, good, dan grade ‘B’. Dari hasil tersebut, sistem yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan hasil dari proses asesmen awal penyakit ISPA bagian atas dengan performa prediksi dan tingkat usability yang tinggi. ===========================================================================================================================================
Upper Respiratory Tract Infections (URTIs) have the highest prevalence of visits to health facilities. With overlapping and difficult to distinguish initial symptoms, this has the potential to cause errors in initial assessments and complications. Therefore, this study aims to design and implement a website-based prediction system using the certainty factor method for the initial assessment of upper respiratory tract infections. The predicted diseases include the common cold, acute rhinitis, chronic rhinitis, acute sinusitis, subacute sinusitis, and chronic sinusitis. The knowledge base is obtained through a knowledge acquisition process from experts to be represented in production rules with certainty factor weights. The system implementation is developed in the form of a website using the streamlit framework of the Python programming language. Evaluation of prediction results was carried out using a multiclass confusion matrix by comparing the system's prediction results with expert assessment results using 18 test cases, obtaining an accuracy of 98.14%, precision of 95.83%, and recall of 94.44%, while website evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 30 respondents obtained a score of 78.16 which is included in the acceptable, good, and 'B' categories. From these results, the developed system is able to provide results from the initial assessment process of upper respiratory tract infections with high prediction performance and usability levels.
