Abstract
PLN Indonesia Power dituntut menjaga keandalan aset pembangkitnya melalui implementasi O&M Excellence berbasis digital, sementara data pemantauan kondisi aset dari berbagai metode analisis masih tersebar pada berkas terpisah sehingga menyulitkan analisis tren kesehatan aset secara menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan. Laporan ini membahas perancangan dan implementasi FORESIGHT, dashboard pemantauan kesehatan aset berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan delapan metode analisis kondisi (Vibrasi, DGA, Partial Discharge, MCSA, Tribologi, Temperatur, Arrester, dan Corona Discharge) ke dalam satu platform terpusat. Metodologi mencakup perancangan arsitektur single-page application, desain antarmuka dengan mekanisme klasifikasi ambang batas kesehatan aset, skema hosting berbasis distribusi berkas statis, serta basis data cloud Firebase Firestore untuk penyimpanan dan sinkronisasi data secara real-time. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan navigasi antarhalaman yang responsif, sinkronisasi data antar-pengguna secara langsung, serta fitur Set Point Kustom yang memungkinkan operator menentukan ambang batas klasifikasi secara mandiri pada seluruh modul, menjadikan FORESIGHT fondasi digitalisasi pemeliharaan prediktif yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan PLN Indonesia Power UBP Grati.

PLN Indonesia Power is required to maintain the reliability of its power generation assets through the implementation of digital-based O&M Excellence; however, asset condition monitoring data from various analytical methods remains scattered across separate files, making it difficult to conduct a comprehensive and sustainable analysis of asset health trends. This report discusses the design and implementation of FORESIGHT, a web-based asset health monitoring dashboard that integrates eight condition analysis methods (Vibration, DGA, Partial Discharge, MCSA, Tribology, Temperature, Arrester, and Corona Discharge) into a single centralized platform. The methodology includes the design of a single-page application architecture, interface design with an asset health threshold classification mechanism, a static file distribution-based hosting scheme, and the Firebase Firestore cloud database for real-time data storage and synchronization. The implementation results demonstrate responsive cross-page navigation, real-time data synchronization across users, and a Custom Set Point feature that allows operators to independently set classification thresholds across all modules, making FORESIGHT the foundation for sustainable predictive maintenance digitization at PLN Indonesia Power’s UBP Grati facility.
