Abstract

Lereng yang mengapit ruas jalan Tol Gempol-Pandaan jalur Malang-Surabaya mengalami sedikit pergerakan/kelongsoran kecil pada akhir Tahun 2024. Untuk tujuan tersebut, dilakukan tes topografi dan geolistrik yang menunjukkan adanya beberapa kantung air pada lereng yang diduga terdapat retakan pada permukaan tanah sehingga dapat tercipta kantung air. Analisis kemampuan drainase dan stabilitas lereng eksisting dilakukan untuk menentukan apakah lereng sudah aman dari kelongsoran. Analisis kapasitas drainase permukiman menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan drainase lokal perumahan sudah cukup untuk menampung kebutuhan buangan air namun drainase utama masih kurang cukup mampu sehingga dilakukan modifikasi saluran. Analisis stabilitas lereng normal menunjukkan hasil SF > 1,5 untuk semua potongan sehingga ada kemungkinan adanya retakan tanah yang menyebabkan perubahan parameter tanah atau yang dikenal dengan pendekatan cracked soil. Analisis pendekatan Subdrain dipasang untuk membantu menghilangkan kantung air serta mencegah kantung air timbul kembali. Selain itu, subdrain akan berfungsi untuk menurunkan muka air tanah sehingga kebutuhan perkuatan dapat diminimalisasi. Total biaya pemasangan ground anchor akan dikombinasikan dengan biaya material subdrain sebesar Rp81.240.000,00 sehingga didapat biaya total sebesar Rp751.883.955,64.

The slopes flanking the Gempol-Pandaan Toll Road (Malang–Surabaya section) experienced minor movements/small landslides at the end of 2024. For this reason, topographic and geoelectric tests were conducted which indicated several water pockets on the slopes suspected to form due to surface cracks in the ground. Analysis of the existing drainage capacity and slope stability were carried out to determine whether the slopes are safe from further sliding. The analysis of the local residential drainage capacity shows that neighborhood drains are adequate to handle household runoff, but the main drainage channel is still insufficient and therefore was modified. Normal slope stability analysis returned FS > 1.5 for all cross-sections, which suggests the possible presence of soil cracking that alters soil parameters, a condition addressed using the cracked-soil approach. A subdrain design was adopted to help eliminate existing water pockets and prevent their recurrence. In addition, the subdrain will lower the groundwater table so that reinforcement requirements can be minimized. The total installation cost of ground anchor will be combined with the subdrain materials costs amounting to Rp81.240.000,00 resulting in a total cost of Rp751.883.955,64.
