Abstract
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam manajemen rantai pasok modern karena berpengaruh terhadap ketersediaan bahan baku, kualitas produk, stabilitas produksi, serta keberlanjutan operasional perusahaan. Kompleksitas dalam evaluasi pemasok menuntut perusahaan untuk menggunakan pendekatan pengambilan keputusan multikriteria yang mampu mengakomodasi hubungan antar faktor yang saling memengaruhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan merumuskan kriteria evaluasi kinerja supplier, menentukan bobot prioritas kriteria menggunakan Best Worst Method (BWM), menganalisis hubungan saling ketergantungan antarkriteria menggunakan Analytic Network Process (ANP), serta merumuskan model penilaian kinerja supplier berbasis integrasi BWM–ANP dalam kerangka Supplier Relationship Management pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Otomotif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang berlandaskan paradigma positivisme. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi pada Departemen Purchasing PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR OTOMOTIF. Data primer diperoleh dari pihak-pihak yang memahami proses pengadaan bahan baku dan hubungan dengan supplier, sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari dokumen internal perusahaan periode Juli–Oktober 2025. Tahapan penelitian meliputi identifikasi indikator SRM berdasarkan studi literatur dan expert judgement, penyusunan model hubungan antar kriteria menggunakan ANP, serta pembobotan prioritas kriteria menggunakan BWM. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak Super Decisions. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan model penilaian kinerja supplier terintegrasi BWM–ANP yang terdiri atas lima kriteria utama, yaitu kualitas, harga, ketepatan pengiriman, lead time, dan risiko supplier. BWM digunakan untuk memperoleh prioritas kriteria secara konsisten, sedangkan ANP digunakan untuk mengakomodasi hubungan saling ketergantungan antarkriteria. Hasil pembobotan akhir menunjukkan bahwa kualitas menjadi kriteria paling dominan dengan bobot 0,5185, diikuti ketepatan pengiriman sebesar 0,2182, harga sebesar 0,1241, lead time sebesar 0,1021, dan risiko supplier sebesar 0,0370. Model yang dirumuskan selanjutnya digunakan sebagai dasar evaluasi dan pengelompokan supplier sehingga dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam pengelolaan hubungan supplier secara lebih objektif, terstruktur, dan komprehensif.

Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) is an important aspect in modern supply chain management because it influences the availability of raw materials, product quality, production stability, and the sustainability of company operations. The complexity of supplier evaluation requires companies to use a multi-criteria decision-making approach that is able to accommodate the relationships between influencing factors. This study aims to identify and formulate supplier performance evaluation criteria, determine the priority weight of criteria using the Best Worst Method (BWM), analyze the interdependence relationship between criteria using the Analytic Network Process (ANP), and formulate a supplier performance assessment model based on BWM-ANP integration within the framework of Supplier Relationship Management in an Automotive Manufacturing Company. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method based on the positivist paradigm. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaire distribution, and documentation studies in the Purchasing Department of an AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING COMPANY. Primary data was obtained from parties who understand the raw material procurement process and supplier relationships, while secondary data came from internal company documents for the period July–October 2025. The research stages included identifying SRM indicators based on literature studies and expert judgment, developing a relationship model between criteria using ANP, and weighting criteria priorities using BWM. Data processing was performed using Super Decisions software. The results of the study produced an integrated supplier performance assessment model BWM–ANP consisting of five main criteria, namely quality, price, delivery accuracy, lead time, and supplier risk. BWM was used to obtain consistent criteria priorities, while ANP was used to accommodate interdependencies between criteria. The final weighting results showed that quality was the most dominant criterion with a weight of 0.5185, followed by delivery accuracy of 0.2182, price of 0.1241, lead time of 0.1021, and supplier risk of 0.0370. The formulated model is then used as a basis for evaluating and grouping suppliers so that it can support decision-making in managing supplier relationships in a more objective, structured and comprehensive manner.
