Abstract

Gedung logistik BPBD Jawa Timur merupakan salah satu fasilitas penting yang termasuk dalam kompleks perkantoran Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Provinsi Jawa Timur. Gedung ini memiliki 4 lantai dengan luas sebesar 456 m2. Lapisan tanah pada area ini termasuk dalam kategori tanah lunak, nilai NSPT lebih dari 9 baru ditemukan pada kedalaman sekitar 33 meter. Gedung logistik BPBD ini direncanakan menggunakan pondasi Bored Pile dengan diameter 600 mm sebanyak 85 titik yang dipasang sampai dengan kedalaman 38 meter. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisa terhadap kapasitas daya dukung pondasi eksisting Gedung Logistik BPBD Jawa Timur. Selain itu dilakukan perencanaan alternatif pondasi dangkal yang mampu untuk menerima beban struktur, tidak memampat, dan paling efisien dari segi biaya. Adapun alternatif yang dipakai adalah pondasi tikar dan pondasi dangkal dengan perkuatan cerucuk. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perencanaan pondasi eksksisting didapatkan nilai daya dukung izin tiang tiang lebih besar dari daya dukung yang diperlukan untuk menahan beban. Pada perencanaan Pondasi dangkal dengan perkuatan cerucuk dilakukan Perbaikan tanah dengan metode Vacuum Consolidation dan PVD dengan jarak pemasangan PVD yaitu 0,8 meter dengan pola pemasangan persegi dipasang sampai kedalaman 15 meter. Alternatif pondasi tapak dengan perkuatan cerucuk direncanakan ketebalan 0,5 meter. Cerucuk direncanakan menggunakan tiang pancang bulat D30 berjumlah 4 buah di tiap pondasi tapak dan dipasang dengan jarak 0,5 meter dari serat bawah pondasi tapak (unconnected pile). Alternatif pondasi raft pile direncanaan dengan slab (raft) dengan tebal 0,5 m dan luasan sebesar 456 m2 dan bor pile bulat D60 cm berjumlah 56 titik dengan konfigurasi 7 x 8 dengan jarak masing-masing pile sebesar 3 meter. Perencanaan pondasi paling efisien didapatkan pada perencanaan pondasi menggunakan pondasi tapak dengan perkuatan cerucuk dan perbaikan tanah dengan Vacuum Consolidation dan PVD (Prevabricated Vertical Drain), dengan estimasti biaya material yang diperlukan sebesar Rp1.041.242.500,00.

The East Java BPBD Logistics Building is a crucial facility within the office complex of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of East Java Province. This 4-story building covers a total area of 456 m². The soil profile at the site is categorized as soft soil, where an N-SPT value greater than 9 is only encountered at a depth of approximately 33 meters. The logistics building was originally designed using a bored pile foundation with a diameter of 600 mm across 85 points, installed to a depth of 38 meters. This final project analyzes the bearing capacity of the existing foundation of the East Java BPBD Logistics Building. Furthermore, an alternative shallow foundation design was evaluated to successfully support the structural loads, eliminate consolidation settlement, and achieve maximum cost efficiency. The selected alternatives include a raft foundation and a shallow foundation reinforced with micro-piles (cerucuk). Based on the analysis of the existing foundation, the allowable bearing capacity of the piles exceeds the required capacity to support the structure. For the shallow foundation alternative reinforced with micro-piles, soil improvement was incorporated using Vacuum Consolidation and Prefabricated Vertical Drains (PVD), arranged in a square pattern at 0.8-meter spacing down to a depth of 15 meters. The alternative isolated footing with micro-pile reinforcement was designed with a thickness of 0.5 meters. The micro-piles utilize D30 circular concrete piles, with 4 units per footing, installed at a 0.5-meter clearance below the bottom fiber of the foundation (unconnected pile). The alternative raft-pile foundation was designed with a 0.5-meter thick slab covering an area of 456 m², supported by 56 points of D60 cm circular bored piles in a 7 x 8 configuration with a 3-meter spacing between each pile. The analysis concludes that the most efficient foundation design is the isolated footing reinforced with micro-piles combined with Vacuum Consolidation and PVD soil improvement, yielding an estimated material cost of IDR 1,041,242,500.00.
