Abstract

Terminal Tank PT AKR Corporindo Tbk Banjarmasin mengalami permasalahan berupa penurunan tanah dan pergeseran sheet pile yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh perubahan geometri dasar laut akibat kegiatan dredging. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab terjadinya pergeseran sheet pile, merencanakan perbaikan menggunakan Steel Pipe Pile (SPP), serta mengevaluasi kinerja perkuatan terhadap rencana pendalaman kolam pelabuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Finite Element Method (FEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi PLAXIS 2D. Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan kondisi sebelum dan sesudah dredging untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab pergeseran sheet pile. Selanjutnya dilakukan perencanaan perkuatan menggunakan Steel Pipe Pile, serta perencanaan dredging berdasarkan ketentuan Triatmodjo (2009) untuk melayani kapal tanker dengan draft 5 meter. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan nilai deformasi dan Safety Factor mengacu pada SNI 8460:2017. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa deformasi meningkat dari 0,61 m sebelum dredging menjadi 1,301 m setelah dredging, yang menunjukkan bahwa perubahan geometri dasar laut akibat dredging merupakan penyebab utama meningkatnya pergeseran sheet pile. Perencanaan perkuatan menggunakan Steel Pipe Pile dengan jarak antar tiang 2 meter menghasilkan deformasi sebesar 0,07217 m dan Safety Factor sebesar 1,695, sehingga memenuhi persyaratan SNI 8460:2017. Setelah diterapkan rencana dredging hingga kedalaman 5,5 meter, sistem perkuatan tetap menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dengan deformasi sebesar 0,07927 m dan Safety Factor sebesar 1,670, sehingga masih memenuhi persyaratan yang berlaku.

The Tank Terminal of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk Banjarmasin has experienced land settlement and sheet pile displacement, which are presumed to be caused by changes in the seabed geometry due to dredging activities. This study aims to analyze the causes of sheet pile displacement, design a reinforcement system using Steel Pipe Piles (SPP), and evaluate the performance of the proposed reinforcement under the planned harbor basin dredging. This study employed the Finite Element Method (FEM) using PLAXIS 2D software. The analysis was conducted by comparing the conditions before and after dredging to identify the primary cause of sheet pile displacement. Subsequently, a reinforcement system using Steel Pipe Piles was designed, followed by a dredging plan based on Triatmodjo (2009) to accommodate oil tankers with a 5 m draft. The performance of the proposed design was evaluated based on deformation and Safety Factor (SF) in accordance with SNI 8460:2017. The analysis results indicate that the maximum deformation increased from 0.4896 m before dredging to 1.301 m after dredging, demonstrating that changes in the seabed geometry due to dredging were the primary cause of the increased sheet pile displacement. The proposed reinforcement using Steel Pipe Piles with a spacing of 2 m produced a maximum deformation of 0.07217 m and a Safety Factor of 1.695, satisfying the requirements of SNI 8460:2017. After applying the planned dredging depth of 5.5 m, the reinforcement system continued to perform satisfactorily, resulting in a maximum deformation of 0.07927 m and a Safety Factor of 1.670, which also complied with the applicable design requirements.
