Abstract
Pembangunan Jalan Tol Pekanbaru–Padang segmen STA 9+025 s.d STA 9+450 menghadapi kondisi tanah dasar yang kompleks. Berdasarkan data penyelidikan tanah, lokasi ini didominasi oleh lapisan pasir dengan sisipan lapisan lempung yang ketebalannya mencapai ±40 m. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan penurunan segera (immediate settlement) besar dan meningkatkan risiko ketidakstabilan lereng jalan tol. Oleh karena itu, tugas akhir ini berfokus pada perencanaan perbaikan tanah menggunakan metode vibroflotation untuk meningkatkan kepadatan dan kapasitas dukung secara langsung, serta opsi perkuatan tambahan menggunakan Bored Pile jika faktor keamanan (SF) belum memenuhi kriteria standar. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan data sekunder parameter tanah, N-SPT, dan geometri timbunan untuk menghitung penurunan serta stabilitas lereng. Hasil perencanaan menunjukkan perbaikan metode vibroflotation efektif meningkatkan SF lapisan pasir lepas sehingga aman dari potensi likuifaksi. Setelah perbaikan tanah, nilai penurunan segera pada STA 9+050, STA 9+025, dan STA 9+450 berturut-turut adalah 0,31 m, 0,44 m, dan 0,52 m, dengan penurunan konsolidasi masing-masing mencapai 0,47 m, 0,68 m, dan 0,81 m pada tinggi timbunan awal sebesar 4,28 m, 6,09 m, dan 7,31 m. Ditinjau dari stabilitas lereng, perbaikan vibroflotation telah menaikkan nilai SF hingga melebihi standar minimum (1,5), sehingga perkuatan bored pile sebenarnya tidak lagi diperlukan. Namun, pada kondisi tanpa perbaikan tanah, lereng tidak memenuhi syarat stabilitas. Untuk mengatasi kondisi tanpa perbaikan tersebut, perkuatan bored pile mampu menaikkan nilai SF lereng di atas target 1,5 dengan kebutuhan tiang pada satu sisi lereng sebanyak 3 baris untuk STA 9+050, serta 5 baris untuk STA 9+025 dan STA 9+450.

The construction of the Pekanbaru–Padang Toll Road along segments STA 9+025 to STA 9+450 encounters complex subgrade soil conditions. Based on soil investigation data, the site is dominated by a sand layer with clay interleaves reaching a thickness of approximately ±40 m. This condition potentially induces significant immediate settlement and elevates the risk of embankment instability. Therefore, this final project focuses on designing soil improvement using the vibroflotation method to directly increase soil density and bearing capacity, alongside an alternative mitigation option using Bored Piles if the safety factor (SF) fails to meet standard criteria. The analysis was conducted utilizing project secondary data, including soil parameters, N-SPT data, and embankment geometry, to evaluate settlements and slope stability. The design results indicate that the vibroflotation method effectively enhances the SF of the loose sand layer, mitigating liquefaction potential. Following the soil improvement, the immediate settlements at STA 9+050, STA 9+025, and STA 9+450 are 0.31 m, 0.44 m, and 0.52 m, respectively, with consolidation settlements reaching 0.47 m, 0.68 m, and 0.81 m under initial embankment heights of 4.28 m, 6.09 m, and 7.31 m. Regarding slope stability, vibroflotation improvement increases the SF beyond the minimum requirement (1.5), rendering bored pile reinforcement unnecessary. However, under the unimproved condition, the slope stability fails to comply with the standard. To overcome this unimproved condition, bored pile reinforcement successfully increases the slope SF above the 1.5 target, requiring 3 rows of piles on one side of the slope for STA 9+050, and 5 rows for both STA 9+025 and STA 9+450.
