Abstract
Metode tethered shooting memerlukan sarana kerja fisik di lokasi, namun fasilitas lapangan yang ada saat ini belum cukup memadai. Hasil observasi menunjukkan durasi persiapan masih sangat tidak efisien, sementara kuesioner terhadap 30 praktisi menunjukkan 96 persen responden terkendala dengan peralatan yang berserakan di set. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Mobile Tethering Station sebagai solusi atas persoalan tersebut, dengan pendekatan Design Thinking kerangka Double Diamond. Data primer digali lewat wawancara mendalam dengan empat praktisi, observasi partisipatif pada tiga kegiatan, dan kuesioner. Rancangan yang dihasilkan terdiri atas tray modular dengan fitur kustomisasi, penyangga collapsible, aksesoris penunjang, serta tas pembawa. Simulasi yield strength pada hasil rancangan dengan material utama Alumunium menghasilkan safety factor 25,724 pada beban operasional penuh dan 6,907 pada beban 130 N yang setara dengan payload maksimal kompetitor. Pengujian purwarupa mockup lo-fi bersama dua praktisi menghasilkan skor System Usability Scale rata-rata 56,25, berada di bawah acuan 68. Rancangan terbukti meringkas bawaan yang semula tersebar hingga lima tas dan dapat dirakit tanpa alat bantu, meski klaim efisiensi waktu setup belum terukur karena keterbatasan wujud purwarupa.

Tethered shooting method requires dedicated physical workstations on-site; however, current field facilities are inadequate. Observational results indicate highly inefficient preparation times, while a questionnaire administered to 30 practitioners reveals that 96% of respondents are hindered by scattered equipment on set. This study aims to develop a Mobile Tethering Station to address these issues, utilizing a Design Thinking approach within the Double Diamond framework. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with four practitioners, participatory observations at three events, and questionnaires. The proposed design features a customizable modular tray, a collapsible stand, supporting accessories, and a carrying case. A yield strength simulation of the design, primarily utilizing aluminum, demonstrated a safety factor of 25.724 under full operational load and 6.907 under a 130 N load, which corresponds to the maximum payload of competitor products. Usability testing of a low-fidelity mockup with two practitioners yielded an average System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 56.25, falling below the standard benchmark of 68. The design successfully consolidated equipment previously distributed across up to five bags and enabled tool-free assembly; however, setup time efficiency remains unquantified due to the structural limitations of the current prototype.
