Abstract
Layanan angkutan pengumpan (feeder) Wirawiri Suroboyo berperan penting dalam mendukung integrasi first-mile dan last-mile sistem transportasi publik Kota Surabaya, namun pengembangan operasionalnya belum diimbangi dengan penyediaan fasilitas titik henti yang memadai. Hasil observasi terhadap 277 titik henti pada beberapa koridor menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar lokasi masih berupa penanda tiang tanpa fasilitas peneduh maupun tempat duduk, sementara keterbatasan lebar trotoar serta kedekatan dengan akses persil warga membatasi penerapan halte konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang fasilitas titik henti mikro yang adaptif terhadap keterbatasan ruang kota serta mampu meningkatkan kenyamanan dan rasa aman pengguna. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi lapangan, pemetaan kondisi spasial, analisis kebutuhan pengguna melalui survei, serta sintesis desain berbasis kriteria performatif dan kontekstual. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan utama pengguna adalah perlindungan terhadap cuaca dan peningkatan visibilitas serta keamanan pada malam hari, yang selama ini belum terakomodasi akibat keterbatasan teknis dan spasial. Sebagai respons, perancangan ini menghasilkan sistem fasilitas modular berbasis kit-of-parts dengan pendekatan micro footprint dan konstruksi rakitan di tempat yang memungkinkan fleksibilitas konfigurasi sesuai variasi tapak tanpa mengganggu sirkulasi pejalan kaki maupun akses properti warga. Rancangan ini juga mengintegrasikan elemen identitas visual yang memperkuat keterbacaan layanan sehingga berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi desain infrastruktur mikro yang kontekstual, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada pengalaman pengguna dalam konteks kota padat.

The Wirawiri Suroboyo feeder service plays an important role in supporting first-mile and last-mile integration within Surabaya’s public transportation system; however, its operational development has not been accompanied by adequate stop facilities. Field observations of 277 stop points across selected corridors indicate that the majority consist only of sign poles without shelters or seating, while narrow sidewalks and proximity to residential access points limit the implementation of conventional bus shelters. This study aims to design a micro stop facility that adapts to spatial constraints while improving user comfort and perceived safety. The research method includes field observation, spatial mapping, user needs analysis through surveys, and design synthesis based on contextual and performance criteria. The findings reveal that users prioritize weather protection and enhanced visibility and safety at night, needs that remain unmet due to spatial and technical limitations. In response, this project proposes a modular facility system based on a kit-of-parts approach with a micro footprint and on-site assembly strategy, enabling flexible configurations across varied urban conditions without obstructing pedestrian circulation or property access. The design also integrates a distinctive visual identity to strengthen service legibility and public trust, contributing to the development of contextual, adaptive, and user-oriented micro infrastructure design strategies within dense urban environments.
