Abstract

Perkebunan Teh Sirah Kencong di Desa Ngadirenggo, Blitar, menghadapi medan berbukit, jalan sempit, dan waktu kerja terbatas. Kendaraan eksisting masih bersifat spesifik fungsi sehingga pemupukan, pengendalian gulma, mobilisasi pekerja, dan pengangkutan hasil panen memerlukan perjalanan terpisah. Perancangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan kendaraan multiguna elektrik berbasis modular yang sesuai dengan aktivitas dan medan perkebunan. Metode perancangan meliputi studi literatur, observasi, wawancara, studi pembanding, analisis kebutuhan pengguna, analisis teknis, ergonomi, pengembangan alternatif, pemilihan desain, dan validasi bersama mitra produksi. Hasil perancangan berupa Marabunta Electric Vehicle (MEV) dengan satu platform utama serta konfigurasi modul panen, perawatan kebun, pengendalian gulma, dan mobilisasi pekerja. Validasi PT Fin Komodo Teknologi menunjukkan bahwa konsep modular layak dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan penyempurnaan pada dimensi tangki air, pelindung bawah kendaraan, dan pengaturan penggunaan modul. Rancangan ini menawarkan fleksibilitas fungsi dan integrasi aktivitas operasional perkebunan.

Sirah Kencong Tea Plantation in Ngadirenggo Village, Blitar, faces hilly terrain, narrow roads, and limited working hours. Existing vehicles remain function-specific, causing fertilization, weed control, worker mobility, and harvest transportation to require separate trips. This project aims to design a modular electric multipurpose vehicle suited to plantation activities and terrain conditions. The design methods include literature review, field observation, interviews, benchmarking, user-needs analysis, technical and ergonomic analysis, alternative development, design selection, and validation with a manufacturing partner. The resulting design is the Marabunta Electric Vehicle (MEV), which uses a single main platform with configurable modules for harvesting, plantation maintenance, weed control, and worker transportation. Validation by PT Fin Komodo Teknologi indicates that the modular concept is feasible for further development, with improvements required in water-tank dimensions, underbody protection, and module-use configuration. The design offers functional flexibility and supports more integrated plantation operations.
