Abstract
Rumah Makan XYZ merupakan UMKM di bidang food and beverage dengan lima cabang di Jawa Timur yang menghadapi kendala dalam pemantauan performa penjualan dan pengelolaan inventori. Data penjualan tercatat melalui sistem Point of Sale (POS), sedangkan pencatatan stok bahan baku masih dilakukan secara manual dalam file Excel yang terpisah di tiap cabang, sehingga kedua data tersebut tidak terintegrasi dan proses analisis lintas cabang harus dilakukan secara manual dengan risiko human error yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun data warehouse beserta dashboard penjualan dan inventori menggunakan metode Nine-Step Kimball. Data warehouse yang dihasilkan mengikuti pola galaxy schema, terdiri dari tiga tabel fakta dan enam tabel dimensi dengan penerapan Slowly Changing Dimension tipe 2 untuk menyimpan riwayat perubahan harga. Data penjualan dan inventori diintegrasikan melalui proses Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) menggunakan Pentaho Data Integration yang mencakup standardisasi satuan bahan baku, validasi harga transaksi, serta mekanisme karantina dan resolusi untuk data yang tidak lolos validasi. Hasil pemuatan mencakup 192.352 baris data penjualan, 3.990 baris data stok, dan 337 baris komposisi resep yang terverifikasi lengkap dan konsisten dengan data sumber melalui delapan kasus uji validasi data yang seluruhnya berstatus Pass. Visualisasi dibangun menggunakan Power BI dalam empat halaman dashboard yang menampilkan tren penjualan, perbandingan performa antar cabang, serta analisis potensi pemborosan bahan baku. Pengujian functionality usability terhadap tiga responden menunjukkan tingkat penyelesaian tugas 100%, dan evaluasi System Usability Scale menghasilkan skor rata-rata 75 dengan kategori Acceptable, sehingga sistem dinyatakan layak digunakan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen.

XYZ Restaurant is a small and medium enterprise in the food and beverage sector with five branches in East Java, facing difficulties in monitoring sales performance and managing inventory. Sales data are recorded through a Point of Sale (POS) system, while raw material stock records are still maintained manually in separate Excel files at each branch, resulting in a lack of integration between the two datasets and requiring cross-branch analysis to be performed manually with a high risk of human error. This study aims to design and build a data warehouse with sales and inventory dashboards using the Kimball Nine-Step methodology. The resulting data warehouse follows a galaxy schema pattern, consisting of three fact tables and six dimension tables, with the implementation of Slowly Changing Dimension Type 2 to store the history of price changes. Sales and inventory data were integrated through an Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) process using Pentaho Data Integration, covering raw material unit standardization, transaction price validation, and a quarantine and resolution mechanism for data that failed validation. The loading process resulted in 192,352 rows of sales data, 3,990 rows of stock data, and 337 rows of recipe composition data, all verified as complete and consistent with the source data through eight data validation test cases, all of which passed. Visualizations were built using Power BI across four dashboard pages displaying sales trends, cross-branch performance comparisons, and analysis of potential raw material waste. Functionality usability testing with three respondents showed a 100% task completion rate, and the System Usability Scale evaluation produced an average score of 75, categorized as Acceptable, indicating that the system is suitable for supporting managerial decision-making.
