Abstract

Imunisasi dasar lengkap merupakan upaya penting dalam mencegah berbagai penyakit menular pada balita. Namun, tingkat kepatuhan imunisasi dasar lengkap di Indonesia masih belum mencapai target yang ditetapkan. Rendahnya kepatuhan tersebut diduga dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, di antaranya pengetahuan ibu, aksesibilitas layanan kesehatan, dan dukungan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan ibu, aksesibilitas layanan kesehatan, dan dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan imunisasi dasar lengkap pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sukorejo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada ibu yang memiliki balita. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM), serta analisis efek moderasi dengan metode Ping menggunakan dukungan keluarga sebagai variabel moderator. Hasil analisis model struktural menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan ibu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan imunisasi dasar lengkap (γ = 0,255), aksesibilitas layanan kesehatan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (γ = 0,374), serta dukungan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepatuhan imunisasi dasar lengkap (γ = 0,271) dengan p-value lebih kecil dari 0,10. Selain itu, dukungan keluarga terbukti berperan sebagai variabel moderasi dengan memperkuat pengaruh pengetahuan ibu terhadap kepatuhan imunisasi dasar lengkap (γ = 6,957) dan memperlemah pengaruh aksesibilitas layanan kesehatan terhadap kepatuhan imunisasi dasar lengkap (γ = −4,150) dengan p-value lebih kecil dari 0,10.

Complete Basic Immunization is an essential strategy for preventing various infectious diseases among children under five. However, the compliance rate with Complete Basic Immunization in Indonesia has not yet reached the national target. This low level of compliance is presumed to be influenced by several factors, including mothers' knowledge, accessibility to health services, and family support. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the effects of mothers' knowledge, accessibility to health services, and family support on compliance with Complete Basic Immunization among children under five in the working area of Sukorejo Community Health Center, as well as to examine the moderating role of family support. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires administered to mothers with children under five. The data were analyzed using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM), and the moderating effects were examined using the Ping method. The results of the structural model analysis showed that mothers' knowledge had a positive and significant effect on compliance with Complete Basic Immunization (γ = 0,255), accessibility to health services also had a positive and significant effect (γ = 0,374), and family support had a positive and significant direct effect on compliance with Complete Basic Immunization (γ = 0,271), with p-value < 0,10. Furthermore, family support was found to moderate these relationships by strengthening the effect of mothers' knowledge on compliance with Complete Basic Immunization (γ = 6,957) and weakening the effect of accessibility to health services on compliance with Complete Basic Immunization (γ = −4,150) with p-value < 0,10.
