Abstract
Proses sizing instrumen merupakan tahapan penting untuk menentukan spesifikasi instrumen yang sesuai dengan kondisi operasi sehingga mampu menjamin keselamatan, keandalan, dan efisiensi sistem proses. Namun, proses sizing yang dilakukan menggunakan beberapa software secara terpisah menyebabkan pekerjaan menjadi kurang efisien. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan magang di PT Pertamina EP Cepu Zona 11 bertujuan mengembangkan Dashboard Sizing Instrumen Proses berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan tiga perhitungan untuk control valve, pressure regulator valve, orifice plate, dan restriction orifice dalam satu platform. Dashboard dikembangkan menggunakan HTML, CSS, JavaScript, dan Firebase serta mengimplementasikan algoritma perhitungan berdasarkan standar ANSI/ISA S75, ISO 5167, AGA Report No. 3, Control Valve Handbook, dan dokumen engineering internal perusahaan. Sistem dilengkapi dengan fitur perhitungan otomatis, penyimpanan data, visualisasi tahapan perhitungan, dan download report hasil sizing. Validasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil perhitungan dashboard terhadap lima dokumen acuan internal perusahaan (KILO-J-CAL-0001 hingga KILO-J-CAL-0005). Hasil validasi menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian 100% tanpa deviasi yang signifikan pada seluruh parameter yang diuji. Dengan demikian, dashboard dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai alat bantu pada tahap conceptual sizing sehingga dapat mendukung proses engineering yang lebih cepat, akurat, konsisten, dan terdokumentasi.

Instrument sizing is a critical stage in determining instrument specifications that match operating conditions to ensure process safety, reliability, and efficiency. However, performing sizing calculations using multiple standalone software applications reduces workflow efficiency. Therefore, this internship project at PT Pertamina EP Cepu Zone 11 aimed to develop a web-based Process Instrument Sizing Dashboard that integrates calculations for control valves, pressure regulator valves, orifice plates, and restriction orifices into a single platform. The dashboard was developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Firebase, and implements calculation algorithms based on ANSI/ISA S75, ISO 5167, AGA Report No. 3, the Control Valve Handbook, and the company's internal engineering documents. The system provides automated sizing calculations, data storage, step-by-step calculation visualization, and downloadable sizing reports. Validation was conducted by comparing the dashboard's calculation results with five internal company reference documents (KILO-J-CAL-0001 to KILO-J-CAL-0005). The validation results demonstrated 100% agreement, with no significant deviations across all evaluated parameters. Therefore, the developed dashboard is considered suitable for use as a conceptual sizing tool, supporting a faster, more accurate, consistent, and well-documented engineering process.
