Abstract

The fan motor in the Raw Mill area is a critical piece of equipment that affects the continuity of the production process. To prevent damage and downtime, a monitoring system is needed that can detect potential issues early. This study aims to determine the baseline vibration values and develop a predictive value method based on the structural relationships between sensors on the fan motor. Data was collected through the Engineering Station in the form of vibration and RPM values under normal operating conditions. Data processing involved normalizing vibration against RPM, calculating the average baseline, determining multi-time structural ratios, and weighting sensors based on mechanical distance. Then, a predictive value formula was created to estimate vibration values at certain points. The results show that normalization to RPM improves analysis accuracy, and the combined baseline produces a stable ratio as a reference for normal conditions. The predictive value method can increase early detection sensitivity compared to absolute value analysis, thus supporting a more effective implementation of predictive maintenance.
