Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi manufaktur telah membawa inovasi signifikan dalam industri konstruksi pada rumah beton, salah satunya melalui penerapan teknologi 3D Constrution Printing (3DCP). Teknologi ini memungkinkan pencetakan struktur bangunan secara otomatis, efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem kontrol berbasis PLC Siemens S7-1200 pada prototipe 3DCP guna mengatur proses ekstrusi material dan pergerakan aktuator. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan sensor Proximity untuk pembacaan kecepatan motor RPM dan Ultrasonik level untuk mendeteksi ketinggian mortar dalam tangki, Selain itu pergerakan dari robot arm. Kontrol dan pemantauan dilakukan secara real-time menggunakan HMI Haiwell melalui protokol TCP/IP. Pemrograman dilakukan dengan platform TIA Portal menggunakan metode ladder diagram. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu merespons perubahan parameter proses dengan stabil dan akurat, sesuai dengan karakteristik respon dinamis. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam pengembangan teknologi konstruksi otomatis yang lebih efisien, berkelanjutan, dan dapat diterapkan pada skala industri.

The development of manufacturing technology has brought significant innovation in the construction industry on concrete houses, one of which is through the application of 3D Construction Printing (3DCP) technology. This technology enables automatic, efficient printing of building structures. This research aims to design and build a Siemens S7-1200 PLCbased control system on the 3DCP prototype to regulate the material extrusion process and actuator movement. The system integrates Proximity sensor for RPM motor speed reading and Ultrasonic Level to detect the height of mortar in the tank. Control and monitoring is done in real-time using Haiwell's HMI via TCP/IP protocol. Programming is done with the TIA Portal platform using the ladder diagram method. The test results show that the system is able to respond to changes in process parameters stably and accurately, in accordance with the characteristics of dynamic response. This system is expected to be the first step in the development of automated construction technology that is more efficient, sustainable, and applicable on an industrial scale.
