Abstract
Pemilihan fulfillment center merupakan keputusan strategis yang memengaruhi kinerja operasional dan kelayakan investasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengintegrasikan metode Analytical Network Process (ANP) dan analisis kelayakan finansial dalam pemilihan lokasi fulfillment center PT XYZ. Penelitian diawali dengan identifikasi alternatif lokasi, kemudian dilakukan pembobotan kriteria, subkriteria, dan alternatif menggunakan metode ANP berdasarkan penilaian para ahli. Alternatif dengan bobot tertinggi selanjutnya dievaluasi menggunakan indikator Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), dan Profitability Index (PI). Apabila alternatif prioritas tidak memenuhi kriteria kelayakan finansial, maka evaluasi dilanjutkan pada alternatif berikutnya sesuai urutan hasil ANP. Analisis sensitivitas dilakukan untuk menguji kestabilan hasil terhadap perubahan parameter utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi metode ANP dan analisis kelayakan finansial mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi lokasi fulfillment center yang mempertimbangkan aspek operasional dan finansial secara komprehensif sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan strategis PT XYZ.

Selecting a fulfillment center location is a strategic decision that affects a company's operational performance and investment feasibility. This study aims to integrate the Analytical Network Process (ANP) and financial feasibility analysis to determine the optimal fulfillment center location for PT XYZ. The research begins with identifying location alternatives, followed by prioritizing the criteria, sub-criteria, and alternatives using the ANP based on expert judgments. The highest-ranked alternative is then evaluated using financial feasibility indicators, including Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), and Profitability Index (PI). If the highest-priority alternative is not financially feasible, the evaluation proceeds sequentially to the next-ranked alternatives based on the ANP results. Sensitivity analysis is also conducted to evaluate the robustness of the decision against changes in key parameters. The results demonstrate that integrating the ANP with financial feasibility analysis provides a comprehensive approach for selecting a fulfillment center location by considering both operational and financial aspects, thereby supporting strategic decision-making at PT XYZ.
