Abstract
Pembangunan jalan tidak pernah luput dari permasalahan geoteknik. Salah satu permasalahan yang paling sering terjadi adalah permasalahan stabilitas lereng. Salah satunya kejadian longsor pada Jalan Tol Ruas Pekanbaru - Dumai KM 23+175 s.d 23+325 sisi B. Lereng galian yang longsor tersebut tersusun oleh lapisan tanah pasir lempung konsistensi lepas hingga medium. Kemudian diperbaiki dengan menggunakan sistem shotcrete dan soil nailing, termasuk dengan penambahan horizontal drain setiap 5 hingga 6m dan median concrete barrier pada kaki lereng. Penelitian ini diusulkan untuk menginvestigasi mekanisme kegagalan lereng secara komprehensif sekaligus mengevaluasi efektivitas desain perbaikan lereng terbangun di lapangan. Analisis stabilitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak Geostudio Slope/W, dengan mengintegrasikan metode konvensional dan pendekatan crack soil. Hasil pemodelan stabilitas lereng sesuai desain RTA awal menunjukkan bahwa lereng dalam kondisi tidak stabil, SF<1,00, pada saat ditinjau dengan Metode Crack Soil, meskipun dengan mengacu ke metode konvensional pada seluruh variasi kedalaman muka air tanah lereng dalam keadaan stabil, SF>1,00. Safety Factor mengalami peningkatan seiring dengan penurunan muka air tanah. Hasil ini menguatkan bahwa kombinasi kedalaman muka air tanah dan perubahan perilaku tanah meneyerupai pasir murni merupakan penyebab terjadi longsoran. Evaluasi juga dilakukan pada konstruksi perbaikan lereng terbangun di lapangan. Dari analisis yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa konstruksi dalam kondisi stabil, dengan catatan pada lokasi yang tidak terpengaruh horizontal drain cenderung memiliki safety factor yang lebih kecil. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan penanganan dengan melandaikan lereng di luar debris merupakan alternatif paling efisien dan murah bila dibandingkan dengan penanganan saat ini. Untuk menjamin stabilitas lereng dalam jangka panjang, direkomendasikan untuk menyisipkan subdrain tambahan, menutup retakan shotcrete, memasang instrumen pemantau pergerakan tanah (inclinometer dan patok geser), serta memasang saluran permukaan (saluran gendong dan peluncur).

Road construction is constantly facing geotechnical problems. One of the most frequently occuring issues is slope stability failure. One such instance is the landslide of excavated slope on the Pekanbaru – Dumai Toll Road KM 23+175 to 23+325, side B. The failed excavated slope was composed of Clayey Sand layers with loose to medium consistency. It was then repaired using soil nailing with shotcrete facing with extra horizontal drains every 5 – 6 m and two lines of median concrete barrier at the toe of the slope. This study is conducted to comprehensively investigate the mechanism of the slope failure while simultaneously evaluating the effectiveness of the remediation design constructed in field. Stability analysis was done using Geostudio Slope/W software, integrating both conventional and crack soil approach method. The initial slope modeling results showed that the combination of groundwater table at depth of -12m and crack soil approach of soil layers produced the most critical safety factor, less than 1.00. An evaluation of several remediation alternatives concluded that lowering groundwater efforts can significantly increase the stability of excavated slope.
An evaluation was also carried out on the fully repaired slope in filed. Based on the analysis, it is known that the construction is in a stable state, with note that location outside horizontal drain impact zone tend to have a lower safety factor. Based on the evaluation, flattening slope outside debris area shown more effective and cost-effective result compared to the current design. To maintain its life span, it is recommended to do these improvement works such as inserting additional subdrains, close-injecting the shotcrete cracks, installing soil movement monitoring
instruments (such as inclinometer and displacement stakes), and installing more proper surface drainage system (intercepting channels and chutes).
