Abstract

Analisis data menggunakan metode Interpretive Structural Modeling–Matrix of Cross Impact Multiplications Applied to Classification (ISM–MICMAC).

Manufacturing inbound logistics systems face challenges arising from increasing supply chain complexity, supply uncertainty, and growing demands for reliable and timely material flows to support uninterrupted production operations. These challenges highlight the need for a system development approach that integrates lean, smart, and resilience aspects. This study aims to determine development strategy priorities, identify the current implementation status of lean, smart, and resilience indicators, and develop strategic recommendations for the inbound logistics system of the Engine X production line at PT. ABC. The study began with the identification of indicators through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), followed by validation using expert judgment. Data were collected through implementation assessment questionnaires and interrelationship questionnaires involving seven expert respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Interpretive Structural Modeling–Matrix of Cross-Impact Multiplications Applied to Classification (ISM–MICMAC) method. The results identified 23 indicators, consisting of 9 lean indicators, 7 smart indicators, and 7 resilience indicators. The ISM analysis generated a five-level hierarchical structure, with 5S identified as the primary driver of the system. The MICMAC analysis classified one indicator into the Independent cluster, 15 indicators into the Linkage cluster, and 7 indicators into the Dependent cluster. The implementation assessment revealed that most lean and resilience indicators had been consistently implemented, whereas several smart indicators were only partially implemented. Based on the integration of the analysis results, Centralized Data Storage, Machine-to-Machine Interaction, and Internet-Based Data Integration were identified as priority areas for development through the enhancement of inbound logistics digitalization.
