Abstract
Metode beton pracetak (precast) merupakan salah satu teknologi konstruksi yang memungkinkan percepatan waktu pelaksanaan serta peningkatan mutu pekerjaan melalui proses fabrikasi elemen struktur di pabrik yang terkontrol. Bangunan Gedung Rumah Sakit di Salatiga pada awalnya dirancang dengan menggunakan metode konvensional. Namun, penggunaan metode konvensional memiliki kekurangan, salah satunya adalah ketergantungan terhadap kondisi cuaca yang dapat menghambat kelancaran pekerjaan di lapangan dan berpotensi memengaruhi mutu beton. Gedung rumah sakit di Salatiga terdiri atas 5 lantai dengan struktur atap beton bertulang. Pada tugas akhir ini, akan dilakukan desain struktur rumah sakit di Salatiga dengan menggunakan sistem struktur rangka pemikul momen khusus (SRPMK) dengan metode pracetak. Metode pracetak dipilih karena gedung memiliki lantai yang tipikal. Tugas akhir ini dilakukan modifikasi struktur gedung Rumah Sakit di Salatiga dengan menggunakan metode pracetak dengan penggabungan SRPMK. Struktur yang dilakukan modifikasi pracetak adalah pelat, balok anak, balok induk, kolom sedangkan tangga direncanakan menggunakan metode cast in situ. Perhitungan pracetak meliputi elemen pelat, balok anak, balok induk, dan kolom. Perencanaan beton pracetak mempertimbangkan kondisi pada tahap proses fabrikasi, transportasi, penumpukan, pengangkatan, pengecoran, hingga perawatan beton. Hasil Perencanaan Gedung Rumah Sakit di Salatiga ini meliputi dimensi pelat dengan tebal 15 cm, dimensi balok induk B1 40/70, B5 40/85, B6 30/70 dan B3 25/50, B6 30/70 dan dimensi kolom 60x60 cm. Metode penyambungan yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah produk dari NMB Splice Sleeve menggunakan dan beberapa sambungan basah.

Precast concrete is one of the construction technologies that enables faster project execution and improved construction quality through the fabrication of structural elements in a controlled factory environment. The hospital building in Salatiga was originally designed using the conventional cast-in-place construction method. However, conventional construction has several drawbacks, one of which is its dependence on weather conditions, which can delay on-site activities and potentially affect concrete quality. The hospital building consists of five stories with a reinforced concrete roof structure. This final project presents the structural design of the hospital building in Salatiga using a Special Moment Resisting Frame (SMRF) system combined with the precast concrete method. The precast method was selected because the building has repetitive floor layouts. This final project modifies the structural design of the hospital building in Salatiga by implementing a precast concrete system integrated with the Special Moment Resisting Frame (SMRF) system. The structural elements redesigned as precast components include floor slabs, secondary beams, primary beams, and columns, while the staircase is designed using the cast-in-place method. The precast design covers the floor slabs, secondary beams, primary beams, and columns. The design also considers all stages of the precast construction process, including fabrication, transportation, storage, lifting, casting, and concrete curing. The design results for the hospital building in Salatiga include floor slabs with a thickness of 150 mm; primary beams B1 measuring 400 × 700 mm, B5 measuring 400 × 850 mm, B6 measuring 300 × 700 mm, and B3 measuring 250 × 500 mm; and columns with dimensions of 600 × 600 mm. The connection system adopted in this study utilizes NMB Splice Sleeve products together with several wet connection details.
