Abstract
Penelitian ini mempelajari biodekolorisasi pewarna Metilen Biru (MB) oleh jamur pelapuk coklat Gloeophyllum trabeum (GT) yang terimobilisasi pada metal organic framework (MOF) UiO-66. Sintesis UiO-66 modulator (UiO66-M) dilakukan menggunakan metode solvotermal dengan penambahan asam asetat pada suhu 120 °C selama 24 jam. UiO-66-M digunakan sebagai media imobilisasi jamur GT menggunakan variasi jumlah UiO-66-M 15, 30, dan 45 mg yang masing-masing dinotasikan sebagai Ui0-66-M(15)/GT, UiO-66-M(30)/GT, dan UiO-66-M(45)/GT. Hasil dekolorisasi MB menunjukkan bahwa GT, UiO-66-M(15) dan UiO-66- M(15)/GT mampu mendekolorisasi MB masing-masing sebesar 50,53%; 21,95%; dan 71.41%. Ui0-66-M(15)/GT memiliki kapasitas adsorpsi maksimum sebesar 56,52 mg/g, dengan % dekolorisasi sebesar 87,90% pada kondisi optimum dengan waktu kontak 72 jam serta mengikuti model kinetika orde dua semu. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa GT yang terimobilisasi pada UiO-66 mempunyai kemampuan dekolorisasi yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kemampuan jamur bebas.

This study investigated the biodecolorization of the Methylene Blue (MB) dye by the brown-rot fungus Gloeophyllum trabeum (GT) immobilized in the organic metal framework (MOF) UiO-66. The synthesis of UiO-66 modulator (UiO-66-M) was performed using a solvothermal method with addition of acetic acid at 120 °C for 24 hours. UiO-66-M was used as a medium for immobilization of GT using variations of UiO-66-M 15, 30, and 45 mg, each of which were denoted as UiO-66-M(15)/GT, UiO-66-M(30)/GT, and UiO-66-M(45)/GT. GT, UiO-66-M (15) and UiO-66-M (15) / GT were able to decolorize MB by 50,53%; 21,95%; and 71,41%, respectively. UiO-66-M(15)/GT has a maximum adsorption capacity of 56,52 mg/g, with % decolorization of 87,90% under optimal conditions with contact time of 72 hours and followed quasi-second order kinetics model. It indicated that GT immobilized in UiO-66-M has greater decolorization ability compared to that by free fungus.
