Abstract
=======================================================================================================================================
The textile industry in Indonesia continues to show stable growth and makes a significant contribution to the national economy. On the other hand, this industry faces serious challenges in the form of high resource consumption, waste production, and emissions. These conditions emphasize the urgency of implementing green manufacturing and green supply chain management (GSCM) as sustainability strategies to reduce environmental impact while strengthening the industry's competitiveness. The main data for this study was obtained through qualitative methods using a case study approach, which was conducted through in depth interviews with key informants, supported by limited observation and company documentation studies. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of green supply chain management (GSCM) implementation in a textile company by utilizing the SCOR model and 36 environmental practice measurement items that have been verified by academics. The analysis results show that there are 11 measurement items that have not been met, indicating a gap in the company's GSCM implementation. To overcome this, this study developed 18 improvement solutions based on literature studies and determined their implementation priorities using house of quality (HOQ) and Pareto analysis. Of all the solutions identified, 12 priority solutions were determined to have the greatest impact on improving green supply chain management (GSCM) performance. The priority solutions were mapped to five dimensions of GSCM, namely ISO 14001:2015-based internal EMS audit (IEM), material separation and classification (green production), integration of sustainability criteria in supplier contracts (green purchasing), efficient packaging design (green transportation), and IoT sensor-based warehouse monitoring (green warehouse). The findings show that the enable dimension dominates the priority solutions, indicating that the gap in GSCM implementation is more influenced by managerial system readiness and internal governance than technical factors. Therefore, a strong support system is needed to align company policies with consistent and sustainable implementation in the field.
