Abstract
Pertumbuhan pesat sektor e-commerce di Indonesia mendorong peningkatan tajam kebutuhan jasa kurir sepeda motor, dengan shift panjang, tekanan target insentif, dan paparan langsung lalu lintas perkotaan. Sepeda motor menyumbang 76,42% kecelakaan lalu lintas nasional pada 2024, dan 76% kecelakaan motor di Jakarta melibatkan kurir paket serta pengemudi aplikasi digital. Kondisi ini berpotensi memicu akumulasi kantuk (Sleepinesss) dan kelelahan kerja yang mengancam keselamatan berkendara, namun pola temporalnya pada kurir motor masih jarang diukur menggunakan instrumen tervalidasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pola temporal kantuk berbahaya, mengukur kelelahan kerja secara multidimensi, serta menganalisis kaitannya dengan risiko keselamatan pada 30 kurir tetap J&T Express DC Sukolilo. Desain penelitian bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Tingkat kantuk diukur menggunakan Karolinska Sleepinesss Scale (KSS) pada lima titik waktu (08.00, 10.00, 12.00, 14.00, 16.00), sedangkan kelelahan diukur pasca-shift menggunakan Swedish Occupational Fatigue Inventory (SOFI) yang mencakup lima dimensi: Sleepinesss, lack of energy, lack of motivation, physical exertion, dan physical discomfort, didukung data durasi tidur dan jumlah paket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor KSS meningkat konsisten dari 1,867 pada pukul 08.00 menjadi 4,467 pada pukul 16.00, dengan proporsi kantuk berbahaya (KSS ≥ 7) naik dari 3,3% menjadi 30%, terutama pada rentang 12.00–14.00 yang bertepatan dengan post-lunch dip. Kelelahan kurir bersifat dominan energetik-fisik, ditunjukkan Lack of Energy (1,93) dan Physical Exertion (1,88) tertinggi, sementara rata-rata durasi tidur responden hanya 5,98 jam per malam. Tuntutan kecepatan kerja dan sistem insentif berbasis jumlah paket teridentifikasi sebagai faktor kelelahan paling dominan, sehingga direkomendasikan istirahat terstruktur, pemantauan kelelahan berbasis aplikasi.

The rapid growth of Indonesia's e-commerce sector has sharply increased demand for motorcycle-based courier services, with long shifts, incentive-based targets, and urban traffic exposure. Motorcycles accounted for 76.42% of national traffic accidents in 2024, and 76% of motorcycle accidents in Jakarta involved parcel couriers and app-based riders. This can trigger accumulated Sleepinesss and work fatigue that threaten riding safety, yet its pattern among motorcycle couriers is rarely measured with validated instruments. This study aims to identify the temporal pattern of hazardous Sleepinesss, measure work fatigue multidimensionally, and analyze its association with safety risk among 30 permanent couriers at J&T Express DC Sukolilo. A descriptive quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach was used. Sleepinesss was measured with the Karolinska Sleepinesss Scale (KSS) at five time points (08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00), while fatigue was assessed post-shift using the Swedish Occupational Fatigue Inventory (SOFI) covering five dimensions: Sleepinesss, lack of energy, lack of motivation, physical exertion, and physical discomfort, supported by sleep-duration and parcel-volume data. Results show the mean KSS score rose consistently from 1.867 at 08:00 to 4.467 at 16:00, with hazardous Sleepinesss (KSS ≥ 7) rising from 3.3% to 30%, sharpest between 12:00–14:00, coinciding with the post-lunch dip. Courier fatigue was predominantly energetic-physical, with Lack of Energy (1.93) and Physical Exertion (1.88) ranking highest, while mean sleep duration was only 5.98 hours per night. Work-speed demands and the parcel-based incentive system were the most dominant fatigue factors, prompting recommendations for structured rest breaks, app-based fatigue pemantauan.
