Abstract

Hingga saat ini, penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) masih menjadi salah satu permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Jumlah kasus DBD masih terus ditemukan hingga tahun 2025, dengan angka incidence rate di seluruh provinsi di Pulau Jawa yang belum mencapai target nasional. Kondisi lingkungan yang kurang sehat serta keterlambatan dalam deteksi dini menjadi faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap penyebaran dan meluasnya penularan DBD. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, data unggahan dari media sosial berpotensi dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber informasi tambahan untuk mendukung proses pemantauan dan pengambilan keputusan dalam upaya penanggulangan DBD. Pada tugas akhir ini dikembangkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan model Decision Tree dengan algoritma CART. Data yang digunakan berasal dari unggahan media sosial X yang berkaitan dengan kejadian Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD). Sistem yang dibangun menghasilkan sebuah dashboard yang menyajikan rekomendasi tindakan penanggulangan DBD di Pulau Jawa berdasarkan masing-masing provinsi. Tugas akhir ini diharapkan dapat mendukung upaya deteksi dini serta perencanaan tindakan penanggulangan DBD yang lebih tepat sasaran dan berbasis data.

Until now, dengue fever (DF) remains one of the public health problems in Indonesia. The number of DF cases continues to be found until 2025, with the incidence rate in all provinces on the island of Java not yet reaching the national target. Unhealthy environmental conditions and delays in early detection are the main factors contributing to the spread and spread of DF transmission. With the development of information technology, data uploaded from social media has the potential to be used as an additional source of information to support the monitoring and decision-making processes in DHF control efforts. In this final project, a Decision Support System wa s developed using a Decision Tree model with the CART algorithm. The data used was taken from social media X posts related to Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) cases. The system generated a dashboard that presented recommendations for dengue fever control measures in Java based on each province. This final project is expected to support early detection efforts and more targeted and data-driven dengue fever control measures.
