Abstract

Pompa distribusi avtur merupakan peralatan penting dalam proses penyaluran bahan bakar penerbangan sehingga kondisi operasionalnya perlu dipantau secara berkala untuk mencegah terjadinya kerusakan. Salah satu parameter yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi pompa adalah tingkat vibrasi. Penelitian magang ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem monitoring vibrasi berbasis Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) guna mendukung kegiatan predictive maintenance pada pompa distribusi avtur di Integrated Terminal Surabaya. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan sensor vibrasi Hansford HS-420 Series untuk mengukur tingkat getaran pada motor dan pompa. Data vibrasi yang diperoleh diproses oleh PLC Siemens S7-1200, kemudian disimpan ke dalam database MySQL dan ditampilkan melalui web dashboard. Dashboard dirancang untuk menampilkan nilai vibrasi, status kondisi pompa, histori pengukuran, serta tren perubahan vibrasi sehingga memudahkan pengguna dalam memantau kondisi peralatan. Selain itu, sistem dilengkapi dengan QR Code yang memungkinkan akses dashboard secara cepat dan praktis. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengintegrasikan proses akuisisi, penyimpanan, dan visualisasi data vibrasi dalam satu platform monitoring.

The aviation fuel distribution pump is a critical piece of equipment in the aviation fuel supply process; therefore, its operating condition must be monitored periodically to prevent equipment failure. One of the key parameters used to assess pump condition is the vibration level. This internship project aimed to design a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)-based vibration monitoring system to support predictive maintenance of aviation fuel distribution pumps at Integrated Terminal Surabaya. The proposed system utilizes a Hansford HS-420 Series vibration transmitter to measure vibration levels at the motor and pump. The acquired vibration data are processed by a Siemens S7-1200 PLC, stored in a MySQL database, and displayed through a web-based dashboard. The dashboard is designed to present vibration values, pump condition status, measurement history, and vibration trend data, enabling users to monitor equipment conditions more effectively. In addition, the system is equipped with a QR Code that provides quick and convenient access to the monitoring dashboard. The design results demonstrate that the proposed system is capable of integrating vibration data acquisition, storage, and visualization into a single monitoring platform to support predictive maintenance activities.
