Abstract
Sistem distribusi listrik memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kontinuitas penyaluran energi listrik kepada pelanggan sehingga gangguan pada feeder perlu dianalisis untuk meningkatkan keandalan dan menentukan kebijakan pemeliharaan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren dan tingkat reliabilitas feeder sistem distribusi listrik pada PT PLN ULP Pacitan serta menentukan waktu optimum maintenance berdasarkan pendekatan biaya. Data yang digunakan berupa data kegagalan sembilan feeder, yaitu Donorojo, Kebonagung, Lorog, Nawangan, Taman Asri, Tegalombo, Teleng, Teuku Umar, dan Watukarung. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Power Law Process (PLP). Hasil pengujian tren menunjukkan bahwa tujuh feeder memiliki tren kegagalan, yaitu Donorojo, Kebonagung, Nawangan, Taman Asri, Tegalombo, Teleng, dan Watukarung, sedangkan Lorog dan Teuku Umar tidak menunjukkan tren. Berdasarkan uji goodness-of-fit, lima feeder memenuhi asumsi PLP, yaitu Donorojo, Taman Asri, Tegalombo, Teleng, dan Watukarung. Estimasi parameter sistem non identik menghasilkan nilai β = 0,73 yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem berada pada kondisi improving system, sehingga laju kegagalan menurun seiring bertambahnya waktu operasi. Hasil analisis fungsi intensitas menunjukkan bahwa feeder Tegalombo memiliki intensitas kegagalan tertinggi, sedangkan Teleng terendah. Model optimasi menghasilkan batas waktu ekonomis minimal repair masing-masing sebesar 8.600 jam untuk Tegalombo, 27.134 jam untuk Watukarung, 32.283 jam untuk Donorojo, 39.388 jam untuk Taman Asri, dan 424.002 jam untuk Teleng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pemeliharaan sebaiknya disusun berdasarkan karakteristik kegagalan dan batas waktu ekonomis masing-masing feeder sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien dibandingkan penerapan kebijakan pemeliharaan yang seragam.

Electric power distribution systems play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of electricity supply to customers. Therefore, feeder failures need to be analyzed to improve system reliability and establish appropriate maintenance policies. This study aims to analyze the failure trend and reliability level of distribution system feeders at PT PLN ULP Pacitan and to determine the optimum maintenance time based on a cost approach. The data used consist of failure records from nine feeders, namely Donorojo, Kebonagung, Lorog, Nawangan, Taman Asri, Tegalombo, Teleng, Teuku Umar, and Watukarung. The analysis was conducted using the Power Law Process (PLP). The trend analysis results indicate that seven feeders, Donorojo, Kebonagung, Nawangan, Taman Asri, Tegalombo, Teleng, and Watukarung exhibit a failure trend, whereas Lorog and Teuku Umar do not. Based on the goodness-of-fit test, five feeders, namely Donorojo, Taman Asri, Tegalombo, Teleng, and Watukarung, satisfy the assumptions of the PLP model. The estimation of the non-identical system parameters yields a shape parameter of β = 0.73, indicating that the system is in an improving state, where the failure occurrence rate decreases over time. The intensity function analysis shows that Tegalombo has the highest failure intensity, while Teleng has the lowest. Furthermore, the optimization model determines the economic limits for minimal repair to be 8,600 hours for Tegalombo, 27,134 hours for Watukarung, 32,283 hours for Donorojo, 39,388 hours for Taman Asri, and 424,002 hours for Teleng. These findings suggest that maintenance policies should be tailored to the failure characteristics and economic thresholds of each feeder, resulting in more effective and cost-efficient maintenance strategies than applying a uniform maintenance policy.
