Abstract

Sistem Building Management System (BMS) berperan dalam mengintegrasikan proses monitoring dan pengendalian berbagai sistem utilitas gedung untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kemudahan pengelolaan fasilitas. PT Kresna Karya Teknologi sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang otomasi industri, otomasi bangunan, dan solusi sistem terintegrasi bertindak sebagai system integrator dalam implementasi Building Management System sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Kegiatan magang ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan mengimplementasikan proses perancangan sistem SCADA berbasis EcoStruxure Building Operation untuk monitoring dan kontrol Chiller Plant pada Integrated Building Management System Bandara Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta. Pelaksanaan kegiatan diawali dengan analisis dokumen engineering, meliputi Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), I/O Mapping, dan Sequence of Operation, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan konfigurasi sistem menggunakan Project Configuration Tool (PCT) dan EcoStruxure Building Operation, pembuatan tampilan Human Machine Interface (HMI), serta pengujian fungsi monitoring dan komunikasi sistem. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem SCADA mampu menampilkan parameter operasional, status peralatan, dan informasi alarm secara real-time melalui Building Management System. Selain itu, sistem yang dirancang mendukung proses monitoring dan pengendalian Chiller Plant secara terintegrasi sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan operasional dan keandalan sistem pendingin gedung.

The Building Management System (BMS) plays a vital role in integrating the monitoring and control of various building utility systems to improve operational efficiency and facilitate facility management. PT Kresna Karya Teknologi, a company specializing in industrial automation, building automation, and integrated system solutions, serves as the system integrator in implementing Building Management Systems based on user requirements. This internship aimed to study and implement the design process of a SCADA system based on EcoStruxure Building Operation for the monitoring and control of the Chiller Plant within the Integrated Building Management System at Soekarno–Hatta International Airport Terminal 3. The internship activities began with the analysis of engineering documents, including the Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), I/O Mapping, and the Sequence of Operation. The process continued with system configuration using the Project Configuration Tool (PCT) and EcoStruxure Building Operation, the development of a Human–Machine Interface (HMI), and functional testing of the monitoring and communication systems. The implementation results demonstrated that the developed SCADA system was capable of displaying operational parameters, equipment status, and alarm information in real time through the Building Management System. Furthermore, the designed system supports integrated monitoring and control of the Chiller Plant, thereby improving the effectiveness of operational supervision and enhancing the reliability of the building cooling system.
