Abstract

Perkembangan Smart Product-Service System (Smart PSS) menuntut perusahaan untuk mengintegrasikan produk, layanan, dan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan menciptakan nilai yang lebih baik bagi pelanggan. Namun, hingga saat ini belum ada kerangka evaluasi berbasis indikator yang komprehensif untuk mengevaluasi model bisnis Smart PSS. Indikator-indikator evaluasi yang ada saat ini masih tersebar di berbagai literatur sehingga menyulitkan perusahaan dalam mengevaluasi model bisnis Smart PSS secara sistematis dan terukur. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menyusun kerangka evaluasi berbasis indikator untuk model bisnis Smart PSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang dilakukan melalui enam tahapan, yaitu protocol, literature searching, literature appraisal, literature synthesis, literature analysis, dan SLR reporting. Indikator evaluasi yang diperoleh dari hasil SLR kemudian disintesis menjadi kerangka evaluasi dan divalidasi melalui expert judgment menggunakan metode Content Validity Index (CVI). Selanjutnya, indikator yang valid diterjemahkan menjadi Key Performance Indicators (KPI) sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar operasional dalam mengevaluasi model bisnis Smart PSS. Hasil penelitian ini berhasil merumuskan kerangka evaluasi berbasis indikator yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi uatama, yaitu Technology Capability, Business Model Innovation Capability, dan Ecosystem Capability. Hasil valiadasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator mendapatkan nilai I-CVI sebesar 1,00 yang menandakan tingkat relevansi tinggi menurut penilaian para ahli.. Masukan dari para validator juga diintegrasikan untuk menyempurnakan kerangka kerja evaluasi. Kerangka evaluasi dan KPI yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam menyusun instrumen evaluasi model bisnis Smart PSS secara sistematis, terukur dan aplikatif sehingga mendukung perusahaan dalam mengevaluasi serta mengembangkan implementasi Smart PSS.

The development of Smart Product-Service Systems (Smart PSS) requires companies to integrate products, services, and digital technologies to enhance competitiveness and create better value for customers. However, there is currently no comprehensive indicator-based evaluation framework for assessing Smart PSS business models. Existing evaluation indicators remain scattered across the literature, making it difficult for organizations to evaluate Smart PSS business models in a systematic and measurable manner. Therefore, this study aims to develop an indicator-based evaluation framework for Smart PSS business models.
This research adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach consisting of six stages: protocol development, literature searching, literature appraisal, literature synthesis, literature analysis, and SLR reporting. The evaluation indicators identified through the SLR were synthesized into an evaluation framework and subsequently validated through expert judgment using the Content Validity Index (CVI) method. The validated indicators were then translated into Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide an operational basis for evaluating Smart PSS business models. The results propose an indicator-based evaluation framework comprising three main dimensions: Technology Capability, Business Model Innovation Capability, and Ecosystem Capability. The validation results indicate that all indicators achieved an Item-Level Content Validity Index (I-CVI) score of 1.00, demonstrating a high level of relevance according to expert assessments. Feedback from the experts was also incorporated to further refine the evaluation framework. The resulting evaluation framework and KPIs provide a systematic, measurable, and practical reference for developing evaluation instruments for Smart PSS business models, thereby supporting companies in assessing and improving their Smart PSS implementation.
