Abstract
Prototype meja operasi yang diusulkan oleh tim Project HETI ADB ITS tahun 2025 masih memiliki keterbatasan karena pengembangannya belum mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna serta menerjemahkannya ke dalam karakteristik teknis, proses manufaktur, proses perakitan, dan pengendalian kualitas. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengusulkan konsep pengembangan prototype meja operasi melalui integrasi four-phases Quality Function Deployment (QFD)-Refined Kano Model sehingga menghasilkan desain yang sesuai dengan prioritas kebutuhan pengguna sekaligus didukung oleh perencanaan proses produksi yang sistematis untuk merealisasikan desain usulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima atribut yang termasuk kategori High Value-Added, yaitu kemampuan meja operasi mendukung perubahan posisi pasien, multi-section adjustment, kemudahan proses sterilisasi, kekuatan struktur dalam menopang beban pasien, serta keamanan posisi pasien selama tindakan operasi, sedangkan satu atribut dikategorikan sebagai Care-free. Atribut-atribut prioritas tersebut diterjemahkan menjadi konsep desain usulan berupa penerapan sistem multi-section adjustment, penggunaan struktur rangka yang memenuhi target Factor of Safety (FoS) dan displacement, pemilihan material yang mendukung proses sterilisasi, serta integrasi komponen penunjang keselamatan pasien. Selain itu, penelitian ini menghasilkan prosedur proses manufaktur dan perakitan, serta pengendalian kualitas sebagai pedoman untuk merealisasikan desain usulan.

The operating table prototype proposed by the HETI ADB ITS Project in 2025 still has several limitations because its development did not systematically identify user requirements or translate them into technical characteristics, manufacturing processes, assembly processes, and quality control parameters. Therefore, this study aims to propose a conceptual development of the operating table prototype by integrating the Four-Phase Quality Function Deployment (QFD)-Refined Kano Model, thereby producing a design that aligns with prioritized user requirements while being supported by systematic production planning to facilitate the realization of the proposed design. The results indicate that five attributes were classified as High Value-Added, namely support for patient repositioning, multi-section adjustment, ease of sterilization, structural strength to support patient loads, and patient positioning safety during surgical procedures, while one attribute was classified as Care-free. These prioritized attributes were translated into a proposed design concept incorporating a multi-section adjustment system, a structural frame designed to satisfy the target Factor of Safety (FoS) and displacement criteria, the selection of sterilization-compatible materials, and the integration of components to enhance patient safety. In addition, this study developed manufacturing and assembly procedures, as well as quality control procedures, to serve as guidelines for realizing the proposed design.
