Abstract
Pembangunan jalan tol dengan struktur elevated membutuhkan pengendalian geometrik yang tepat untuk menjamin keselamatan dan kenyamanan pengguna jalan. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi kesesuaian geometrik adalah variasi camber pada PCI girder akibat proses stressing yang dapat menyebabkan perubahan elevasi terhadap kondisi rencana. Perbedaan tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan deviasi finish grade, perubahan alinyemen vertikal, serta ketidakrataan permukaan jalan yang dapat memengaruhi kenyamanan berkendara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh variasi camber PCI girder terhadap perubahan elevasi akhir (finish grade), menganalisis dampaknya terhadap keselamatan dan kenyamanan pengguna jalan, serta menyusun rekomendasi teknis penanganan pada Proyek Jalan Tol Yogyakarta–Bawen Paket 1 Seksi 1. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan membandingkan camber rencana dan camber aktual pasca stressing, menghitung deviasi elevasi finish grade, menganalisis ketidakrataan permukaan (waviness), serta mengevaluasi alternatif koreksi elevasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variasi camber pada seluruh bentang memiliki nilai deviasi negatif yang menunjukkan camber aktual lebih rendah dibandingkan desain. Nilai rata-rata deviasi camber pada bentang P99–P100 sebesar -39,94 mm, P101–P102 sebesar -22,33 mm, dan P102–A8 sebesar -52,41 mm. Deviasi paling signifikan terjadi pada bentang P101–P102 dengan panjang 43,54 m karena mengalami perubahan deformasi yang cukup besar. Evaluasi terhadap kondisi geometrik menunjukkan bahwa variasi camber memengaruhi elevasi akhir struktur dan menghasilkan perubahan profil vertikal jalan. Berdasarkan analisis kenyamanan menggunakan indikator International Roughness Index (IRI), kondisi akibat variasi camber dikategorikan sedikit tidak nyaman serta berpotensi memberikan pengaruh terhadap tingkat keselamatan pengguna jalan. Rekomendasi teknis yang diberikan adalah melakukan pengendalian mutu (quality control) terhadap nilai camber sejak tahap fabrikasi, sebelum erection, dan setelah proses stressing. Selain itu, dilakukan evaluasi koreksi elevasi melalui penyesuaian lapisan jalan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek teknis dan biaya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kebutuhan biaya alternatif grouting sebesar Rp 8.914.495, sedangkan alternatif overlay sebesar Rp Rp 37.473.996.

The construction of toll roads with elevated structures requires proper geometric control to ensure road user safety and comfort. One of the factors affecting geometric conformity is PCI girder camber variation caused by the stressing process, which may result in elevation changes from the design condition. These differences have the potential to cause finish grade deviation, changes in vertical alignment, and surface irregularities that may affect driving comfort. This study aims to evaluate the effect of PCI girder camber variation on final elevation (finish grade), analyze its impact on road user safety and comfort, and develop technical recommendations for handling elevation discrepancies in the Yogyakarta–Bawen Toll Road Project Package 1 Section 1. The research method was conducted by comparing the design camber and actual camber after the stressing process, calculating finish grade elevation deviations, analyzing surface irregularities (waviness), and evaluating elevation correction alternatives. The results show that all investigated spans experienced camber variation with negative deviation values, indicating that the actual camber was lower than the design camber. The average camber deviation values were -39.94 mm for P99–P100, -22.33 mm for P101–P102, and -52.41 mm for P102–A8. The most significant deformation influence occurred at the P101–P102 span with a length of 43.54 m due to considerable structural deformation changes. The geometric evaluation indicates that camber variation affects the final elevation profile of the structure and causes changes in the vertical alignment of the road. Based on the comfort evaluation using the International Roughness Index (IRI) indicator, the condition caused by camber variation is categorized as slightly uncomfortable and has the potential to affect road user safety performance. The proposed technical recommendations include strengthening quality control of PCI girder camber during fabrication, before erection, and after the stressing process. In addition, elevation correction alternatives were evaluated through pavement layer adjustment considering technical and cost aspects. The analysis resulted in an additional grouting Rp 8.914.495 and overlay cost of Rp Rp 37.473.996.
