Abstract
Diagram kontrol fuzzy c merupakan suatu konsep untuk mengonstruksi
sebuah diagram kontrol c menjadi diagram kontrol berdasarkan himpunan fuzzy
sebagai dasar pemikiran untuk mengontrol kualitas produk. Secara konvensional
konsep dari pembuatan diagram kontrol tersebut terletak pada adanya
transformasi data dari bilangan crisp menjadi bilangan fuzzy. Dalam literatur
pengembangan diagram kontrol fuzzy c dengan pendekatan transformasi, metode
fuzzy median transformation lebih banyak digunakan untuk penelitian karena
walaupun data yang digunakan ini mungkin berbentuk asimetri, metode ini tetap
dapat digunakan. Oleh karena itu pada paper ini akan dilakukan analisis terhadap
metode fuzzy mode transformation dan fuzzy median transformation sehingga bisa
diketahui kelebihan dan kekuranganya masing-masing. Identifikasi terhadap
kekurangan kedua metode transformasi akan membuat inspirasi dalam perbaikan
atau pengembangan kedua metode tersebut, sedangkan identifikasi dari kelebihan
kedua metode transformasi akan digunakan sebagai dasar penerapan masingmasing
metode pada kasus yang tepat. Dalam paper ini, kedua metode
transformasi tersebut digunakan pada kasus proses produksi botol RC Cola
sehingga dapat diketahui secara empiris kelemahan dan keunggulan dari metode
tersebut. Disamping itu juga dibahas tentang perbandingan hasil penerapan diagram
kontrol fuzzy c dengan diagram kontrol c sebagai tolak ukur pembanding. Hasil
penerapan metode pada penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa diagram kontrol fuzzy c
median transformation dan diagram kontrol c mampu mendapatkan titik out-of-control
lebih banyak dari diagram kontrol fuzzy c mode transformation, namun diagram kontrol
fuzzy c mode transformation ini dapat menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih ketat, yaitu
keputusan rather-in-control dan rather-out-control. Keputusan ini akan sangat
bermanfaat untuk menentukan keketatan kriteria produk yang akan di reject karena
berada diantara keputusan in-control dan out-of-control.

Fuzzy c control chart is a concept for constructing a c control chart into
control charts based on fuzzy set as a rationale for controlling the quality of
products. Conventionally the concept of charting controls are located on the
transformation of data into a number of crisp fuzzy numbers. In the literature the
development of fuzzy c control chart based on transformation. Fuzzy median
transformation is more widely used for research because the data used although
this may be in the form of asymmetry, this method can still be used. Therefore, in
this paper will be the analysis of fuzzy mode transformation and fuzzy median
transformation so can know the advantages and disadvantages respectively.
Identification of deficiencies both methods of transformation will create
inspiration in the improvement or development of both methods, whereas the
identification of the advantages of both methods of transformation will be used as
the basis for the implementation of each method in a proper case. In this paper the
transformation method is used in the case of RC Cola bottle production process so
it can be empirically disadvantages and advantages of the method. Besides, it was
also discussed about the comparison results of the application of fuzzy c control
chart compared to c control chart as a benchmark for comparison. The results of
the application of the method in this study, suggests that fuzzy c median
transformation control chart and c control chart able to get a point out of control
more than a fuzzy c mode transformation control chart, but the fuzzy c mode
transformation control chart can produce more informed decisions tight, which is
a decision rather-in-control and rather-out-control. This decision will be very
useful to determine the stringency criteria on the products to be rejected because it
is between the decision in control and out of control.
