Abstract
Peningkatan kebutuhan energi listrik serta upaya pemanfaatan energi terbarukan mendorong penerapan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) hybrid pada sektor residensial. Kegiatan diawali dengan penyusunan proposal penawaran, survei lokasi, penentuan kapasitas sistem, penyusunan Detailed Engineering Design (DED), pengadaan material, instalasi, hingga pengujian dan commissioning. ahap perancangan menghasilkan dokumen DED yang meliputi photovoltaic layout, mounting layout, konfigurasi string, Balance of System (BoS), dan Single Line Diagram (SLD). Sistem dirancang menggunakan 18 modul fotovoltaik Longi 580 Wp yang disusun menjadi dua string dengan total kapasitas terpasang sebesar 10,4 kWp, inverter hybrid tiga fasa Deye 10 kW, serta baterai lithium HinaEss berkapasitas 5,12 kWh. Selanjutnya dilakukan proses instalasi modul PV, struktur penyangga, komponen BoS, serta integrasi sistem dengan jaringan listrik rumah sesuai hasil perancangan. Tahap commissioning dilakukan melalui pengujian sisi DC panel surya, pengukuran irradiansi, pengujian baterai, dan pengujian keluaran AC inverter. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh parameter utama berada pada kondisi operasi yang sesuai dengan karakteristik sistem dan spesifikasi perancangan. Secara keseluruhan, proses perencanaan, instalasi, dan pengujian berhasil menghasilkan sistem PLTS hybrid yang terintegrasi dengan baik, aman, serta siap dioperasikan sebagai sumber energi listrik pada bangunan residensial.

The increasing demand for electrical energy and efforts to utilize renewable energy encourage the implementation of hybrid Solar Power Plants (PLTS) in the residential sector. The activity begins with the preparation of a bid proposal, site survey, determination of system capacity, preparation of Detailed Engineering Design (DED), material procurement, installation, to testing and commissioning. The design stage produces a DED document that includes photovoltaic layout, mounting layout, string configuration, Balance of System (BoS), and Single Line Diagram (SLD). The system is designed using 18 Longi 580 Wp photovoltaic modules arranged into two strings with a total installed capacity of 10.4 kWp, a 10 kW Deye three-phase hybrid inverter, and a 5.12 kWh HinaEss lithium battery. Next, the process of installing PV modules, support structures, BoS components, and system integration with the home electricity network is carried out according to the design results. The commissioning stage is carried out through testing the DC side of the solar panel, measuring irradiance, testing the battery, and testing the AC output of the inverter. Test results showed that all key parameters were operating in accordance with system characteristics and design specifications. Overall, the planning, installation, and testing process successfully produced a well-integrated, safe, and operational hybrid solar PV system for residential buildings.
