Abstract
Perkembangan model bisnis Product-Service System (PSS) pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menuntut adanya sistem evaluasi kinerja yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan di setiap fase siklus hidupnya. Namun, metode evaluasi PSS yang ada dalam literatur masih bersifat terfragmentasi dan spesifik fase sehingga menyulitkan pelaku UMKM dalam memantau proses transformasi digital servitization secara konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan dashboard dengan mengadaptasi kerangka evaluasi 182 indikator yang dikembangkan oleh Mitake et al. ke dalam sistem berbasis web yang dapat dioperasikan secara praktis. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Sistem dashboard dibangun menggunakan HTML, PHP, MySQL, dan Chart.js, di mana pengguna UMKM mengisi form input KPI berbasis skala likert 1–5 yang mencakup lima kriteria evaluasi ekonomi, lingkungan, sosial, aceptance, dan satisfaction. Hasil evaluasi ditampilkan secara otomatis dalam bentuk radar chart, bar chart, dan KPI cards. Pengujian sistem dashboard dilakukan melalui UMKM Printing sebagai objek uji coba.

The development of the Product-Service System (PSS) business model in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) requires a structured and sustainable performance evaluation system at every phase of its life cycle. However, existing PSS evaluation methods in the literature remain fragmented and phase-specific, making it difficult for MSME operators to consistently monitor the digital transformation process of servitization. This study aims to design and implement a dashboard by adapting the evaluation framework of 182 indicators developed by Mitake et al. into a web-based system that can be practically operated. The methodology used is the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The dashboard system was built using HTML, PHP, MySQL, and Chart.js, where SME users fill out a KPI input form based on a 1–5 Likert scale covering five evaluation criteria: economic, environmental, social, acceptance, and satisfaction. Evaluation results are automatically displayed in the form of radar charts, bar charts, and KPI cards. Testing of the dashboard system was conducted using UMKM Printing as the test subject.
