Abstract

Perencanaan jalur ganda (double track) kereta api antara Stasiun Cicalengka dan StasiunNagreg dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi eksisting yang masih berupa jalur tunggal (single track)dengan geometri yang belum optimal, seperti keberadaan lengkung horizontal beradius kecil (<300 m) yang belum memenuhi Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. 60 Tahun 2012. Kondisiini berisiko tinggi terhadap keselamatan operasional, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh insidentabrakan kereta api pada Januari 2024, serta perlu ditingkatkan untuk mendukung targetRencana Induk Perkeretaapian Nasional (RIPNAS) 2030.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan alinyemen geometrik jalan rel, strukturatas, sistem drainase permukaan, menganalisis peningkatan kapasitas lintas, serta menyusunRencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan gambar kerja. Metode perancangan yang digunakanadalah rekayasa desain (engineering design) berbasis data sekunder. Pemilihan trase optimumdilakukan melalui pendekatan Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM).Hasil analisis dan perancangan menetapkan Trase 4 sebagai opsi terpilih sepanjang7,240 km yang diklasifikasikan sebagai jalan rel Kelas I dengan kecepatan rencana 110 km/jamdan lebar sepur 1.067 mm. Geometri jalan rel terpilih terdiri atas 3 lengkung horizontal (radiusminimum 1.990 m) dan 3 lengkung vertikal (radius 8.000 m). Pada bagian struktur atas,digunakan profil rel tipe R.54, sistem penambat elastis E-Clip, bantalan beton tipe 1.067 mm,wesel nomor 1:10, serta kebutuhan volume balas dan subbalas masing-masing sebesar 75.347m³ dan 46.958 m³. Sistem drainase dirancang menggunakan 4 unit saluran pasangan batu kaliberbentuk trapesium dengan dimensi lebar atas 1,800 m, lebar dasar 0,500 m, tinggi total 0,800m, dan tinggi jagaan 0,300 m. Pembangunan jalur ganda ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitaslintas dari 108 kereta/hari (jalur tunggal) menjadi 288 kereta/hari untuk jalur ganda. TotalRencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) yang dibutuhkan untuk pelaksanaan pembangunan jalur gandaini adalah sebesar Rp271.750.654.537

The planning of the railway double track between Cicalengka Station and NagregStation is motivated by existing conditions that still consist of a single-track line with non-optimal geometry, including small horizontal curve radii (< 300 m) that do not comply withMinister of Transportation Regulation No. 60 of 2012. This condition poses significantoperational safety risks—as highlighted by the train collision incident in January 2024—andrequires upgrading to support the goals of the National Railway Master Plan (RIPNAS) 2030.This study aims to design the geometric alignment, superstructure, surface drainagesystem, analyze the line capacity expansion, and construct the Bill of Quantities (RAB) alongwith engineering working drawings. The design methodology follows an engineering designapproach utilizing secondary data. Selection of the optimum alignment was conducted usingthe Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method, while technical modeling and geometricsimulations were performed using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Global Mapper software..The analysis and design results designated Route 4 as the selected option, spanning 7.240 kmand classified as a Class I railway line with a design speed of 110 km/h and a track gauge of1,067 mm. The geometric design comprises 3 horizontal curves (minimum radius of 1,990 m)and 3 vertical curves (radius of 8,000 m). For the superstructure, R.54 rail profiles, E-Clipelastic fastenings, 1,067 mm concrete sleepers, No. 1:10 turnouts, and ballast and sub-ballastvolume requirements of 75,347 m³ and 46,958 m³, respectively, are specified. The drainagesystem is designed using 4 trapezoidal stone masonry channels with top width of 1.800 m,bottom width of 0.500 m, total height of 0.800 m, and freeboard height of 0.300 m.Implementing this double-track system increases line capacity from 96 trains/day on the singletrack to 288 trains/day. The total estimated cost (RAB) required for project implementation isIDR 271,750,654,537
