Abstract

Kabupaten Probolinggo merupakan daerah semi-kritis dengan ketersediaan air yang tidak stabil, melimpah saat musim hujan dan terbatas ketika musim kemarau. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perencanaan Instalasi Pengolahan Air Minum (IPAM) yang sesuai dengan standar ACI 350-20 dan ACI 350.3-20 untuk memastikan bangunan pengolahan tahan bocor dan gempa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder, memproyeksikan jumlah penduduk dan kebutuhan air, merencanakan dimensi unit IPAM berdasarkan kriteria desain, menganalisis struktur menggunakan SAP2000, mengontrol elemen, menggambar desain, hingga menghitung rencana anggaran biaya. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa air baku dari Sungai Banyubiru tidak memenuhi beberapa parameter kualitas air minum, dengan kebutuhan air mencapai 0,654 m³/detik. Unit pengolahan terdiri dari intake, aerasi, prasedimentasi, koagulasi-flokulasi, sedimentasi, filtrasi, desinfeksi, dan reservoir, dengan total anggaran biaya sebesar Rp 11.792.201.775,00.

Probolinggo Regency is a semi-critical area with unstable water availability—abundant during the rainy season and limited during the dry season. Therefore, it is necessary to plan a Drinking Water Treatment Plant (DWTP) in accordance with ACI 350-20 and ACI 350.3-20 standards to ensure that the treatment facility is leak-proof and earthquake-resistant. This study was conducted by collecting primary and secondary data, projecting population and water demand, planning the dimensions of the WTP units based on design criteria, analyzing the structure using SAP2000, verifying structural elements, drafting the design, and calculating the budget estimate. The analysis shows that the raw water from the Banyubiru River does not meet several drinking water quality parameters, with water demand reaching 0.654 m³/second. The treatment plant consists of an intake, aeration, presedimentation, coagulation-flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, disinfection, and reservoir, with a total budget of Rp 11.792.201.775,00.
