Abstract

Kegiatan magang ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan Power Meter PMAC770 dengan Gateway XGate6 sebagai sistem monitoring beban listrik di PT Adiprima Buana Bakti. Integrasi dilakukan melalui komunikasi RS485 menggunakan protokol Modbus RTU sehingga data hasil pengukuran dapat ditampilkan pada platform monitoring berbasis web. Tahapan yang dilakukan meliputi wiring perangkat, konfigurasi komunikasi, dan integrasi sistem monitoring. Parameter yang dimonitor adalah tegangan dan arus pada sistem listrik tiga fasa. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi antara Power Meter PMAC770 dan Gateway XGate6 berjalan dengan baik. Sistem mampu menampilkan data secara real-time serta menyimpan data historis untuk kebutuhan monitoring. Dengan demikian, integrasi sistem monitoring berhasil dilakukan dan dapat digunakan untuk memantau kondisi beban listrik melalui platform berbasis web.

This internship activity aims to integrate the PMAC770 Power Meter with the XGate6 Gateway as an electrical load monitoring system at PT Adiprima Buana Bakti. The integration is carried out through RS485 communication using the Modbus RTU protocol, enabling the measurement data to be displayed on a web-based monitoring platform. The implemented stages include device wiring, communication configuration, and monitoring system integration. The monitored parameters consist of voltage and current in a three-phase electrical system. The implementation results indicate that the communication between the PMAC770 Power Meter and the XGate6 Gateway functions successfully. The system is capable of displaying real-time data as well as storing historical data for monitoring purposes. Thus, the integration of the monitoring system has been successfully executed and can be utilized to monitor electrical load conditions via the web-based platform.
